I would like to give a big shout-out to…
I would like to give a big shout-out to the customer care staff. I ordered an caravan Telta awning with Towsure, but i did not realise it was out of stock and they had to order it directly from Telta. This put us into panic mode as we needed it quite quickly to go on our holiday. So i phoned Towsure customer care and explained our situation to a lady called Michelle. She told me to leave it to her to see if there was something she could do to get the awning to us in time, and would call me back. Michelle did call me back, and told me she was able to arrange quicker transport to get the awning to us in time for our holiday. So i would like to say a BIG thank you to Michelle, because true to her word, the awning was delivered the day before our holiday.
