DECEIT
I ordered a quest ice chill air conditioner it arrived
I opened box only to find it had been assembled before I bought it
Sent message to demand refund as it had been used I received a email it started as below
We do apologise that the item has been received in a less than perfect condition
I bought this unit as new so what is the apology for deceit
There were pieces missing and clearly marked that the unit had been assembled and then sent out to me unchecked
Delivery was adequate
And then tried to mask the fact with a pathetic apology
Order TS139518 confirmed

Good morning,
We have requested more information to enable us to fully investigate your complaint and respond accordingly.
Kind regards,
Towsure
Thank you for supplying your order number, I have reviewed the correspondence logged against your purchase and it is clear the product was not brand new and definitely looks like a previous return for which I apologise. This should not happen and should be sold as such with a discounted price. I can see the customer service team are trying to arrange a collection to issue you with a full refund and this will be actioned as soon as you can accommodate the collection. Once again I apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Towsure saved our holiday
Whilst on holiday in Cornwall our air awning literally exploded and was damaged beyond repair. Our friends on the site had bought an awning from you 4 days earlier and it was excellent so we went online on the Saturday and our new air awning arrived on Tuesday. Really easy to set up and it is so much better than the old one. Love the retro look and it is huge. Thank you Towsure for saving our holiday.
