Bought a towbar for the caravan
Bought a towbar for the caravan, wouldn’t fit so I needed to return it, they charged £15 for return and I am still waiting for my refund which is nearly 2 weeks, no reply to emails or phone calls
I would advise people not to bother buying from them.
