Towsure Products Ltd Avis

Great price fast delivery and easy to fit

Terrible after sales service. Parcel was being delivered to an address I didn’t ask for it to go to. When contacting Towsure to inform them. They said all they could do is get it sent back to them and I would have to pay an additional delivery charge to have it resent to me! Why was this so as it was not my fault it was being sent to the wrong address in the first place! At no point or anywhere during the payment option did I or have I ever asked for it to be delivered there. Poor service towsure, canceled my order and ordered from somewhere else without a hitch. Won’t be using again!

Fast and efficient, the fitter was very careful and had the tow bar fitted in a couple of hours, top job.

Very easy website to use fast delivery and a good price we used the air conditioner unit in our caravan this week and it was great

Product drips therefore not waterproof in the central part of the awning no pool of water on the awning disappointed

Came quickly & already using the product.

Arrived promptly
Excellent product

Unfortunately had to return an Item simply because it wouldn't fit in the space needed, contacted Customer service return organised no fuss no worries. If all companies did the same life would be so much easier. Thank you Michelle.

Quick delivery and very easy to select the correct product as the information was spot on

Disappointed with the interaction between ordering and delivery , no communication whatsoever even after e , mailing numerous times ,

Fantastic speedy delivery

Good delivery and instructions

We went into Towsure to see if they had any Tailgate awnings for our Van.
We was asked by a member of staff in the tent area if we needed any help ( TOM )
He explained to us all the versions of Tailgate awnings, how they are fixed, and he found time to show us how fersatile they are.
He answered every question we had to help us with our purchase. He gave us good advice and also told us about fixings we could use to make it a driveway awning.
We appreciated all his help and advice.

Good one.

Towsure towing mirrors, twin pack
When received ,I had some questions. All I had in return, was an email saying the team who could answer were away for the week. That team assuming they were given it have ignored my questions.
When taking off the mirror for the first time the pads protecting the car mirror surround fell off. Luckily it was on a lighter coloured driveway, if I had taken them off at the campsite they would have been lost in the grass. The pads now do not clip back on securely.
