Not up to expected standards
Ordered items did not arrive at expected time. Emails not responded to. I went to Holme Lane to find out what was happening. After explaining my problem I had to wait 30 minutes for an answer. Tow bar arrived that afternoon. Went to wrong address. No electrics with it.

Good quality steps at a good price, well worth the money. The packaging was damaged on delivery but that was probably the delivery company.

Went into the Sheffield branch today to buy a drive away awning for our campervan. The service we received from Tom was outstanding, his knowledge was incredible and nothing was too much trouble for him. Well done young man it was a pleasure to do business with you

Much cheaper than a garden centre
I ordered some heavy-duty marquee/tent pegs, to stake mature holly trees in a hedge. They were excellent quality, delivered promptly, and much cheaper than a garden centre. I am likely to order some more.

I have used Towsure trailer parts many times over the past 25 years at least. The paper catalogue was so useful, I had hoped that there was a similar online version of the old paper catalogue. I found it difficult to locate the parts I needed on my last order I have received. The service was great the parts were what I ordered Thank you

I purchased new LED trailer lights
I purchased new LED trailer lights. Unfortunately the website does not show how small the actual rear red light area is, it gives only overall dimensions, an illuminated picture on the website would be much better.
The dispatch time and performance of the company was good but unfortunately the item is disappointing.
