When Paul came to do the survey I was impressed by his extensive knowledge and how clearly he explained what was needed to resolve the damp issues at my home. The team who came to undertake the work were excellent and left everything clean and tidy. The plasterer, Dave, was especially talented and we have a lovely smooth finish to the walls now. The whole job was efficiently and quickly handled. Unusually, Timsbury Preservation Service take off the cost of the damp survey if you then proceed to use them for the work. The invoice was accurate and showed the deduction for the damp survey clearly.

Hugely knowledgable, great communication from survey to undertaking and completing the works on my cottage. I will definately use their services again.

All good. Paul did a thorough investigation with recommendations for things we need to arrange that are outside their scope and gave a prompt written survey on the works for them to carry out. Sam and John did a splendid job. Dave’s plastering was exceptional and all were quiet, tidy, quick and respectful of our home. Estimated cost came in as anticipated and the job was completed within the expected timeframe.

Recently had some below ground walls tanked at our small retail property. The guys did a fantastic job in what were less than ideal conditions.
They were very clean (as clean as it's possible to be with what is basically a very dirty job), and carried out the work exactly to how I wanted it done with no issues whatsoever.
I'd have no hesitation to use them again. If you need any kind of work doing to your property, these are the guys to contact.

Respect that they were dealing with a Georgian Building repair with all of the complications. Showed flexibility with a 3rd party in terms of accelerating the timeline to complete the work and fitting in with their schedule. Very good quality workmanship, tidy and environmentally respectful, removed rubble quickly and efficiently. Team works very hard! Would work with the team again.

Firstly, this company is not located in the US.

The work was completed to an almost but not quite satisfactory standard. On contacting them to see about sorting out the issues, I was met with nothing but denial, defensiveness and an email that came over to me as pretty aggressive. All that would have been needed was for somebody to pop round, take a look and perhaps offer to skim over the plasterwork to make it good. Pity really. Didn't need to come to this.
