Trade Beds Direct Avis

Very helpful and understanding staff, gave fantastic customer service. They were always there to either speak to and responded to emails quickly. The mattresses they provided were excellent quality and would highly recommend them.

Had to chase order after hearing nothing for 7 days after money was taken!
Bed is great but customer service could be better,

The delivery service was awful
Boxes were battered and a bed frame was just left on my doorstep
Ring doorbell picked up motion of driver just leaving it and saying it was signed for and left safe
An item that size cannot be left safe it’s huge and in full view !

What BRILLIANT customer service I received from Will!
I'm honestly speechless. What an absolute asset to Trade Beds Direct.
I was looking for a particular unit that appeared to be out of stock, so I gave them a call. Will went above and beyond — he actually checked the stock for me and found that they had one more available, then put it back online so I could place my order.
He then called me back to make sure I had successfully placed the order and even helped me amend my delivery day.
I honestly couldn't have asked for better service.
Will was incredibly helpful, friendly and genuinely went out of his way to help me. Thank you, Will — you're a credit to Trade Beds Direct!

By far the best company we have worked with. Very professional, efficient and communication has been brilliant with everyone of our deliveries.

Fantastic service!! Trade Beds Direct and Tyler were incredibly helpful selecting out a new mattress and bed frame, and supportive throughout the assembly of it. They were efficient and prompt in the delivery of new mattress and collection of old one for a very low price. Super professional service and went above and beyond at every stage. Prices are very competitive and cheaper than other places. Thoroughly recommend!!

From ordering to delivery I found the company very helpful and efficient. There was a slight hiccup with wrong labelling but Tyler dealt with it with it immediately and I am very happy with the service and quality of the king size and 2 single mattresses.

THEY ARE SELLING HORRIBLE JUNK, NOT FURNITURE

I purchased bedroom furniture via Tesco Marketplace and it was via this company the furniture was supplied. We built the first bedside table, the drawers won't slide into the carcass at all. After liaising with the company, they were less than helpful. I decided to return all items as I didn't trust them after the disaster with the first. After many emails and phone calls, they agreed to collect the items, but, I have to pay for the unopened boxes, as I can't prove they are faulty (£45). They will collect the damaged one for free lol. I have to dismantle and rebox the damaged one, print labels and wait until Tuesday for a collection. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen

Alex and his team have done an amazing job of organising a very tricky refub project with very tight turnaround times.
Excellent communication was key, fair prices, decent quality furniture and personal delivery service made this rather stressful project manageable. So grateful I was recommended to Trade Beds Direct Direct and they will definitely be my go to for all future refurbs and furniture replacements. Happy customer!

We're very happy to recommend Trade Beds Direct. The end-to-end buying experience was flawless - really easy and very efficient. We received helpful buying advice, were able to pick a delivery day that suited us, and the mattress we purchased is fantastic quality at an unbeatable price. We'll definitely be using TBD again.

A great understanding of our needs and finding a great solution. We have a Self Catering house and it was important for our guests to be comfortable and push beds together if they wanted to 'snuggle up' without a void between mattresses. Tyler was great in finding a solution and for storage. The delivery boys were fabulous.
We have gone on to be given the Gold Award by Visit England, and the number of comments from guests mentioning the beds and how much of a comfortable and luxurious sleep they had was certainly 90% of the feedback. We have not had any negative comments for the beds. Well done Team - an absolute win:win Thank you

Customers have remarked on the quality of their sleep and requested details of where we sourced our hotel from.
We are delighted with the products supplied and the service was very good.

Good quality mattress and good price. Excellent service and immediate delivery (local). I would use this company again.

We bought our king size mattress here and we are very happy with everything. The mattress is of excellent quality and I really appreciate the time they spent explaining us what to choose. We both have back pain so spending that time with us explaining what to expect and how to pick the right one was super helpful. Great work. Also thanks for the swift delivery.

Excellent customer support during the order process. Communication throughout the process second to none, topped off with a delivery on time to the minute. Second time using this company, cannot recommend them highly enough.
Oh, and the beds are fantastic to sleep on! Nothing is too much trouble for this company. Well done!

Perfect service. We needed a particular mattress urgently and they had it in stock and were able to deliver, install and remove old mattress on the same day. Courteous and professional service at competitive rates.

I had previously bought a mattress off Tyler and Alex, fantastic customer service and a prompt delivery with a price that couldn't be beaten!

I have since gone back and bought a bed frame and the service was just as good cannot recommend them enough!

Can’t say enough good things about these guys! I was struggling to find the right bed for me anywhere online, and Alex was very helpful listening to what I was after and finding me several options until I found the one I wanted. Great value, delivered next day, super helpful. Perfect service. Highly recommended.

Bought a grey tempo chair and sofa for my rental property. As I was buying 2 items I called and spoke to Tyler who offered me a discount to have them delivered together. Faultless service, and great quality for the money! Have recommended to my friend who runs a number of air bnb’s. A*

Big thanks to Tyler and Alex ! Great service and great prices ! Thanks again guys . Would highly recommend trade beds to anyone looking for a bed or mattress
