The Trade Centre UK - Rochdale Avis 

2nd time my car has been back to be fixed based on lies being told. Paperwork said wet belt was in “fine condition” didn’t trust that so got a second opinion, only to be told it was cracked and needed changing 2 years ago! Play had the wrong oil added.
Took the car back and fair enough Johnathan organised for me a courtesy car, had the car over a week with no updates, reported the courtesy car as the suspension is creaking, it’s juddering when at a standstill. I’ve got a 3 year old in the car with me, which is very worrying.
Sent Johnathan an email on the 20th Aug with no reply & send another on the 21st Aug as I want to know where the car is up to and when I can take this heap back & have the car back I’m paying for!! Guess what… got an out of office from Johnathan, he’s gone off on annual leave with no communication of this or advice on the matter in hand, with no handover to a colleague either!
Another example of the terrible customer service received. If I could give anyone any advice it would be NEVER BUY FROM TRADE CENTRE

rabiha has been great, made it a very good experience this is my second time, very good customer service. Very strong and different positively.

Had a great experience here, over all the staff were all really helpful, special mention to Zach and Aidan who made the experience a lot easier and were so helpful, nothing was too much for them when asking questions.
Would highly reccomnend the Trade Centre, Rochdale.

Enjoyed my experience nice and friendly, not pushy, the place is nice and clean. Finance sector side was a little long winded, but got through it professionally. Nice friendly experience im happy. I loved the fact that rabiha helped me with all the finance, and made me feel comfortable, she also helped with the tax which took pressure off me, couldnt thank her enough.

Very overwhelming as there are so many cars, very long wait times although we did receive some great service from a curly haired gentleman and one of the managers on the showroom floor.
Gentleman in the office prior to finance was ever so slightly push with his lifetime warranty but I suppose he has a job to do.
We did however end our journey with a lovely women and go was ever so patient in collections.

Polite staff and good service and a good selection of cars

All staff very helpful and efficient and the process flowed very smoothly. Thank you all. Rabiha was very friendly and approachable. Salesman were helpful.

Good service, staff is amazing Brad in particular who did everything and finalised all the paperwork what a credit to the company.

Such great service and so polite

The staff have been brilliantly helpful and really polite and funny, they have worked hard to get the lenders to back us so we could drive home in our new car. Asad from the financial department and others we have seen throughout the proccess have been amazing. The only reason I put 4 stars is because of the time we have spent to get everything sorted, however if you have a better credit I think it will be a faster process.

Everyone was extremely helpful from walking into the store up until driving away with the car. 100% recommence.
