Was not sure what to order but I had one covered in plain white covering like wire but it soon split so I think this one looks like it might be stronger.

An excellent purchase and I would definitely recommend them just what I needed to set up my security camera.

It’s that time of year to make sure that my torch had working batteries and of course it didn’t. So I found some D cell batteries at TradeNRG Uk for a competitive price and realistic shipping costs. Great communication informing me of when they were shipped and when to expect them. Fast delivery and very well packaged. I will certainly give this company my business again when the need arises.

. Their website on the “contact us “ page tells you to contact them if any issues.. “Complaints, compliments or curiosity - we handle everything!”

This is not true. I spent close to £80 on items and they sent me the incorrect items. I used their what’s app channel for contact and waited over 2 days for a response. The response was that the items they sent me work just as well as what I had originally ordered! I ordered black tourmaline orgone pyramids for a reason.. they sent me tigers eye ones and are telling me it works just as well. Are they familiar with what I need to use it for? Black tourmaline and tigers eye are 2 completely different crystals and anyone within the metaphysical/spiritual sector knows this. They said they would give me a “partial refund” of 10% to keep items I didn’t order! Not even that as one option OR we can send you a free returns label to return them and send out the items you ordered.

Awful customer service and I will never use them again for this reason. They made a mistake and are trying to convince me to keep items I never ordered for a measly £7.95 refund on a £79.95 order.

I have edited my review after getting no further response to my what’s app messages I rang the company to complain and they have agreed to refund me and I did receive the refund . However I still stand by the fact that to offer someone 10% off a wrong order with no other option given is unacceptable and that considering their website indicates that they are willing to help you no matter what I did have to fight for a reasonable solution.

Grey packaging bags are good value and a slight issue was dealt with and rectified quickly by customer services.

Arrived promptly. Good value, exactly as described. Unfortunately numty delivery driver delivered to neighbours house but that is out of your control.

Ordered a toothbrush nearly 4 weeks ago says it takes 2 days to do a label and 3-5 working days to deliver, after two weeks I emailed the they replied with it’s running late , I have since emailed them twice and got no response,so I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy from this company

My goods arrived quickly and in good condition, I would use this vendor again.
