Order placed on 4th August
I placed an order on 4th August. Estimated delivery was 3-5 working days, it is now 8 days and I have received no communication from the company whatsoever.
Macfarlane was a personal recommendation but I will be suggesting people use anyone but Macfarlane unless I have an update & apology

Ordered on the 7th of August, not until the 11th did I get any indication my order would not be fulfilled due to a lack of stock.

Thanks for your feedback. We're very sorry this has been your experience and you're quite right to flag this.
When items are out of stock or on backorder, you should hear from us within 48 hours of placing your order. On this occasion we didn't meet that standard. Waiting until the 11th to learn your order couldn't be fulfilled isn't the experience we want to give and we apologise for the lack of communication.
One of our team has since been in touch directly with an update on the postal tubes and an in-stock alternative for the labels, so we can get your order moving as quickly as possible. Please reply to that email or call us on 0800 2 88 88 22 and we'll sort it out for you.

you sent the wrong polythene bags and a week later I am still waiting to hear when the correct ones will be sent & the wrong ones collected for return totally unacceptable i needed them today have to improvise

We're sorry this hasn't been an ideal experience for you. Receiving the wrong bags is frustrating enough, but being left waiting a week for an update on the correct ones and the collection is not good enough, especially when you needed them for a specific day.

A good company and easy to order
Easy to use website to find what you want to order. Prices were good but I thought the delivery charge was quite high at £10.99 + VAT but I think they still deserve 5 Stars. I only ordered a few rolls of Fragile stickers. We normally click & collect but didn't have time to do it this time. Ordered on a Friday and delivered on the following Tuesday which I thought was good as well. All in all a great company!

When our products are shipped via courier, you should get system-generated emails letting you know when items have been dispatched and when they're out for delivery. We're investigating why this hasn't happened in your case. The only exception is when this is on a pallet, which uses a different delivery service.

Currently, our standard delivery is 3-5 working days (excluding weekends) from the day the order is processed. We aim to process orders the same day if they come in before 3pm. If they come in after this cut-off time, they are processed on the next working day.
