Amazing Customer care
A product I had ordered was currently out of stock, Samantha kindly emailed me as soon as this became apparent, she made sure to offer alternative products of similar status to me which may I add were slightly dearer but proceeded to not charge the extra amount because of the stock outage, Brilliant service and customer care

Usually have some sort of issue
Usually have some sort of issue, whether it be late delivery or wrong items sent. Always gets sorted without issue but it does happen quite often, and late delivery does often require me to contact them, instead of them contacting me to let me know.

Not owning up to their misakes
I emailed Macfarlane Packaging with details of the boxes I needed, but instead of confirming properly, they sent me a quote full of their own product codes and jargon that didn’t mean much to me. Even though they clearly knew the boxes looked different from the ones I had requested, they went ahead and sent the wrong items anyway. To make matters worse, they are refusing to give me a refund for their mistake. Very poor communication, unhelpful service, and a frustrating experience overall. I expected a reliable supplier, but this experience has been nothing but disappointment. I won’t be using them again and would not recommend them.

Great Customer Service
They provide packaging solutions for all your needs and fantastic customer service. Samantha and Kayleigh at customer service were great with their prompt responses. Waste of time
I used to deal with Macfarlane in a previous job and they were great. I thought I would see if I could collect an order as I am local to their Grantham depot. I called and was passed around multiple people, the 5th person I spoke to confirmed I can collect from Clifton but not Grantham. The website says in their FAQ's if you want to collect an order call the number - I wouldn't waste your time!

Lack of care and attention
Lack of care and attention! Sending several emails over the last 3 weeks in an attempt to get my 3rd and final parcel delivered. Not only is the service team not monitoring the delivery, they blamed the carrier for losing it 2 weeks ago yet still haven't issued me replacements despite me asking for my goods.
Can someone please just send me what i have paid for. So much of my time has been lost chasing a company who clearly doesn't care for there customers.
** If you had called I would have missed calls, try not to add comments into your reply which are not factually. ** 18 Workings days later and i can confirm i have my full order. You will not be gaining me as a repeat customer! Already found an alternative supplier.

Faultless
We've been a customer of Macfarlane for the best part of 6 years now. From ordering a few hundred boxes to thousands the service has always been exemplary. A special shoutout to our account manager Gabrielle Baker who is constantly faultless, on the rare occasion she's been absent her colleagues are equally brilliant.
Sometimes there are issues, stock damaged, items out of stock. It's easy to leave a great review when everything goes well however that isn't the real world. What really shines through is macfarlanes proactive approach to any issues that happen, hand on heart not once in our 6 years have I ever been left dissatisfied with their service or products, always kept up to date and any issues that are rectified before you can even think about it.
