Damaged delivery.
Although the boxes were wrapped in plastic this was torn an on of the boxes was significantly damaged.
This is the second occasion that a delivery has been damaged and ls problems due to the handling by the courier. More protection is required so that we receive the goods in perfect condition.

We ordered 3 items
We ordered 3 items. 2 were delivered on time but the third was out of stock. The out of stock item was 7.5 cubic ft eco fill. So I had to collect 15 cubic ft from Bristol warehouse. The Bristol warehouse are great as are the Bristol sales team. Particularly Monika. I would much rather deal with directly but as I’m a Mail Boxes Etc franchise I must order online.

Boxes and Cellotape
Boxes delivered on time . Good strong . Cellotapes. One item was out of stock and they informed me promptly and shipped the rest of the items. Good strong double walled boxes as well.

Brilliant company that can fix everything to do with packaging!
If you are in the field of eCommerce, there is no better supplier out there. We run a busy operation and over years, the only supplier who never let us down is Macfarlane. We were aware of all the shortages in advance, we knew what was going to arrive and when and given how difficult to get and expensive packaging has become, at this stage I would struggle to name any competition. Make sure you get to know Ben, Sam or someone who looks after sales and stay in touch for your packaging problems to disappear. Thank you for helping us through Christmas 2024 and we wish Macfarlane an even better 2025, Jeff from Dowra foods.
