First delivery arrived with substantial…damage to boxes & well overdue cf the original 3 day delivery date.
First delivery arrived with substantial damage to the pack of 5 boxes: we have video footage of it & also of your delivery drivers just chucking boxes in & out of the van 😱 Also delivery was meant to be in 3 days : no : it was after 15 days & only then after I phoned the company …. Really rubbish service , have always liked the product but it will take a lot to ever use your company again 🙄 Very disappointed

Macfarlane gave me good guidance on products and prices... As it happens, the couriers let me down... (like so often these days...) and customer services at Macfarlane were right on it, sorting it out.

Bad packing from a packaging company!
Yet again you pack our box so all contents move around and can crush each other. Also this causes tears in the top and bottom. This time an item worth £60 and 6 kg escaped. Photos supplied again.
Kayleigh sent a replacement for the next day.
