Unfortunately, the colleague handling this was out of the office today (Monday), so another team member tried to call and email you in case your email went directly to the absent colleague's inbox.

The four items ordered came in four…
The four items ordered came in four deliveries - items missed each time.
The chips are bad quality and to return them we have to pay more for collection than the actual cost of the product.

First, please accept our apologies for the missing items. Unfortunately, our courier partner has lost the same item multiple times. We have provided replacements, per your discussions with our Online Customer Care Team. The feedback will be escalated to our courier partners, as this is not an acceptable level of service.
Regarding multi-parcel deliveries, our orders are often shipped in multiple parcels to keep delivery costs down for customers. This avoids the use of expensive pallet couriers. We are working on ways to improve our delivery services and give customers more options on how deliveries are shipped.
The packing chips you mentioned are biodegradable packing peanuts made from starch. Our Customer Care Team explained that the texture/bounce is as expected, and it is not a fault. As you wish to return this item and it is not faulty, an associated collection fee applies per our returns policy. The team explained that the foam-based chips are also available to order if you’d like to try these. We’re consistently reviewing our delivery and collection fees and will take your feedback into account when they are next assessed.
Our team is always here to help and provide advice before purchase if you need guidance on the packaging products that will work for your business. We do hope you give us another chance and consider us for your packaging needs in the future.

Ordered online, waited, waited, waited. eventually phoned to find out why they hadn't sent my order.
Out of stock, didn't have any date for new stock, trying to source from elsewhere but no idea when or if they would be able to ship my order.
It would have been courteous to let me know what was going on.
Cancelled order and ordered elsewhere.

We're really sorry to hear you didn't have an ideal experience with us.
After investigating your order with our Customer Care Team, they informed us they spoke to you on Friday when you called, within 1 working day of placing your order, to let you know that the item was out of stock. However, they were trying to source an alternative.
Customer Care advised we'd try to source an alternative and attempt to deliver in our standard 3-5 working day delivery window. They also said they'd call you back with an update when one was available. On Monday, Customer Care was still trying to source the stock before calling you.
We appreciate that this isn't ideal and have fed back that it would have been preferable to call you back sooner on Monday. Unfortunately, we are not open on weekends and Bank Holidays, so we couldn't have called over the weekend.
We hope you consider using us again in the future.
