Good communications throughout and arrived on time. The charging leads work well on iPad and iPhone and are much more robust than the normal leads on offer.

We only received one of the two leads…
We only received one of the two leads ordered and although I have emailed them several times I have had no response from them and no refund on missing lead or a replacement. The one lead we did receive was of good quality
UPDATE I have now received notification of a refund from this company so have adjusted my star review

I was frustrated as the item never arrived. But I did get a refund.... After I spoke to Paypal. And then got a polite email from the company, apologising.

I ordered a12 piece manicure set. Got e mail confirming this. Received 2 nail clippers!
Despite a number of e-mails with etsy I was informed I'd ordered the wrong item!
As it was only£3.99 I couldn't be bothered to argue!

Extremely disappointed
My order no. TN54176. Extremely disappointed with this company. First of all I didn’t receive any confirmation email after placing the order and I had to drop 2 emails and couple of call to confirm my order. Yesterday I received my order but I the wrong items have been sent. I ordered and payed 2 meter long iPhone charging cable but instead I received about 3 inches long cables. Once again wrote 3 email mentioning their mistake but yet not response. Since morning called the contact number on the website (07418098951) but there’s no one to answer the call. I wasted my money and advise all to please avoid this company to order anything on their website.

I placed my first order for AAA batteries with TradeNRG through Onbuy.COM. I put in my order on Monday of this week and it arrived today Friday. The batteries were well packed. I am very pleased.

Failed to deliver
Ordered batteries through eBay and they failed to arrive . Oder update provided 2 months later , still no delivery . They then stopped replying to me . This seems to be a common theme with this company .

Simply. I ordered and paid £11.85 for 36 batteries but received 6 in an opened pack. I sent a detailed letter on the 30.08 describing the transactionbut they have not replied to that. I jumped the gun with my negative review, I just received my order and will continue to use Tradenrg, royal mail just delivered it but the tracking system did not work which is a Royal Mail failure. I've used TradeNrg over the last 18mths and have always received what I paid for
