House is under renovation and only…
House is under renovation and only occupied bet 8-4 mon to Fri - I sent this information to delivery company last Friday after they sent a message stating delivery would be made in the evening and asked for delivery to take place today - delivery company ignored this and lefter all items linsecure down side of house which means they could easily have been stolen -luckily they weren’t but I’m not impressed by their actions and won’t use you again

Unfortunately, as no site opening times or delivery instructions were included with the order, the courier proceeded with the scheduled route. Once goods are out for delivery, it can be difficult to redirect drivers, though we will always do our best whenever possible.
We didn’t receive any contact at the time, otherwise we would have been more than happy to speak with the delivering depot on your behalf and try to arrange a more suitable delivery window.
We feel that a one-star review is unfair, as these grievances appear to be directed at the service provided by the transport company, than the quality of the products themselves and the service provided by ourselves here at Trade Pipes. Despite this, we appreciate any and all feedback in order to improve our service moving forward.

Good company to deal with
Ordering on-line was easy. Delivery was quick. All the items were good quality. I was more than pleased with the overall experience.

Slow delivery/despatch
Ordered it 11th Nov but only despatched 18th Nov. Bit disappointed with this as online said dispatched 2-3 days. It has arrived today but not checked it. Luckily wasn’t time critical this time.
