Travel House gave us the best service ever. The staff were very helpful and took their time to help us make our holiday choice. They took the hassle out of looking at different options for our holiday. It makes booking a holiday far less stressful. Thanks to all the staff at Travel House, we would recommend you to everyone wishing to book a holiday. Keep up the good work, you are doing a marvellous job.

Poppy, the travel agent was very friendly and replied too all my requests even when each family member came to me at different times to book the same holiday poppy assisted everyone and answer all questions without any hassle and made the process of booking through travel house very easy. It was my first time booking a holiday this way as I usually use apps but she made it simple.
Poppy even made sure she got the best price for each party before confirming the bookings. I would definitely use travel house again with the experience I've has so far.

Catherine was really helpful from beginning to end. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we left to check on what we wanted to do. We went back in & Catherine was there to help us even more, and answering any questions we had.

Poly at Pontypridd office makes booking so simple, she covers everything you require. It’s a shame you don’t have the same expertise at the other end at the location. My last trip two weeks ago, I never saw a rep on the whole trip at the hotel.we were just left to our own devices.

I didn’t go in to book, however, asked about a cruise I seen and booked a week next year Cannot wait. Catherine was absolutely fantastic with us she asked what we wanted and we booked a week away

Sharon in the Pontypridd branch is absolutely brilliant, nothing is to much trouble for her. We have just booked our next holiday with her.

I requested a low level room at the hotel where I would be staying, due to my anxiety of heights. The rep promised me she would write this request into my accomodation when she booked the holiday. I visited the shop 3 times to clarify she had sent this request to the hotel, and each time she assured me that the request had been written and sent to the hotel. When I arrive I was placed on the top level of the hotel. Speaking to the manager of the hotel, he showed me the i.t system where no request had been made by the rep at the shop where I had book my holiday. After some negotiation I was moved to a lower floor in the hotel.

Very helpful and pleasant

I visited to book a last minute holiday to fly in 2 days time or less.

I had no idea what I was looking for but Poppy welcomed me in and we discussed and browsed what I wanted.

She was very patient with me going back and forth comparing holiday packages.

Finally decided on a holiday to Mallorca to fly in less than 48 hours time. Poppy was fantastic the entire time. Really polite and friendly.

After my holiday Poppy rang to ask how my holiday went and if I needed any service from them.

Would use them again.

Always helpful no matter what whacky and weird requests throw at them. We ll be back again in January for our next Asian experience. Thanks ladies xxx

The staff in the Pontypridd store, are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to book my holidays.
