हमने पुरा payment किया था तब भी उन्होंने हमे शिमाला के रास्ते मे २ घंटे घुमाया हमने ५ कमरे बुक किये थे तो हमेशा अलग अलग कमरे दिये और छोटे भी थे
सबसे worst तो ये बात है की travelling टाइम बहोत ज्यादा tha that’s why we couldn’t cover all the points
So I don’t recommend this travel agency to anyone it’s to worst

They gave me a false quotation just to lock in the advance. After that, the real cost kept increasing. They delayed everything, and nothing was booked on time. I had to make last-minute arrangements myself. Avoid them at all costs.

Do not fall for their fancy brochures and sweet promises. Once I paid the advance, they stopped responding properly. No bookings were done until the very last minute, and they kept lying that things were "confirmed." Complete scam!

Absolute Disaster – Worst Travel Experience Ever with Travelocat
Booking with Travelocat was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made. The entire process was a nightmare from start to finish. After taking my money in the name of installment payments, they completely vanished when it came to planning the actual trip.
There was no confirmation of hotel bookings, no clarity on travel arrangements, and all they did was make false promises till the very last minute. When I reached out for updates, I got zero response or vague answers that led nowhere. I was left hanging just days before the trip with no assurance of anything.
This company is completely unprofessional, untrustworthy, and careless. They are clearly just interested in collecting payments and not delivering the service they promise. I feel cheated and incredibly disappointed.
Please don't fall for their fake offers and sweet talk. Save your money, time, and peace of mind. Travelocat is a scam – avoid at all costs!

Travelocat - Manali Trip - A Nightmare Experience
We booked an end-to-end Manali package for two couples through Travelocat. From the very beginning, the experience was a disaster.
* Pickup Chaos: Our pickup was delayed by several hours, leaving us stranded and anxious.
* Uncomfortable Travel: The provided cab was overcrowded and uncomfortable, forcing us to change vehicles mid-way.
* Missed Flight & Financial Ruin: Due to poor planning, we missed our return flight. Travelocat offered no immediate assistance and forced us to book a new flight at our own expense (68K), almost double the original package cost.
* Non-existent Customer Service: Reaching Travelocat for support was impossible. They were unresponsive to calls and failed to provide any meaningful assistance during the crisis.
* Refund Delays: The promised refund for the missed flight is still pending after over 1.5 months.
This trip was a complete nightmare. Travelocat's negligence caused significant financial and emotional distress. We strongly advise against booking any travel with this agency.

The vehicle booked under your package was a sedan, as per your selected plan; an Innova Crysta or similar premium vehicle would have incurred an additional cost, which was clearly mentioned before booking.
There was indeed a 35-minute delay in your pickup, which occurred due to heavy traffic conditions around Delhi Airport, beyond our control — for which we apologize.
Regarding the missed flight, our records show you departed late from your Manali hotel and chose to take a 1-hour halt at Sukhdev Dhaba, which impacted your arrival time. The Manali to Delhi route typically takes 12 hours, and we always advise guests to begin their journey early to avoid last-minute risks, especially in the hills.
We acknowledge your concern about the refund. Our team is actively following up with the airline and relevant vendors and will update you on the status as soon as possible.

It is not worth giving 1 star also. WORST service they provide. Please don't go for it.
We had booked our honeymoon package to Manali-Shimla with them. They change hotels at the last minute after the payment and charge extra for even smaller and chabbier rooms. Hotels will be in the outskirts and insecure places.
They ask to pay amount before the trip itself, but not care to take calls later and cometely ignore our calls. They didn't provide some services like candle-light dinner and food as promised.
I could never enjoy my trip, I was only busy in getting hold on them(which never happened). They are completely irresponsible.
NOTE: THEY ARE ONLY TRYING TO CHEAT & LOOT US. PLS PLS PLS DON'T TAKE THIER SERVICE!!!!!

This feedback addresses the disparity between the comprehensive information provided by travel vloggers and the inadequate service received from Travel Coat representatives. Their persistent solicitations for bookings and payments are followed by unsatisfactory communication. My recent premium Manali package booking was characterized by severely substandard service. Securing flights, hotels, and local transportation independently offers significant cost savings compared to using third-party services. Therefore, I recommend against using Travel Coat for holiday bookings.

After reading all positive reviews about this company we decided to opt for Manali package with them and it turned out to be very bad. Terrible experience with this TravelOCat travel agency. They initially quoted ₹38,000 for the land part of a Manali trip for a group of 4 individuals but became completely unresponsive after taking an advance of ₹5000. Despite multiple emails, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls, they ignored us entirely. After escalating the issue to their general helpline, they finally responded after two days and demanded an additional ₹10,000 over the agreed price. They also failed to book our flight tickets, forcing us to pay significantly higher prices at the last minute due to their delay.
Even now, they are unresponsive refusing to refund our money, despite their cancellation policy clearly stating that a full or partial refund is allowed. When questioned about this, they rudely claimed, ‘You didn’t ask about this earlier.’ To make matters worse, their agents Yunisha, Kevin Kapoor, and Dutt were rude, unprofessional, arrogant and in ways bad also spoke to us in an abusive manner over the phone. This agency is dishonest, unethical, and shows complete disregard for its customers.
Till This date they have not responded to my queries and i have lost money

Awsome trip to manali !!
Many thanks to TravelOcat for it was a great trip to Manali. There were 29 of us, adults from LPU Jalandhar and the hotel we stayed at, Mountain Apple Inn, was superb. For the travelling, we had two good tempos from TravelOcat and our marvellous coordinators were Chetana and Daksh.
When we were travelling through Manali, we had a great opportunity to meet Mr. Pardeep, TravelOcat’s exquisite host. He was very friendly and paid a lot of attention to some of the details. Also we have tried to search the prices for rafting and paragliding; it was a great pleasure to know that through TravelOcat we have received 40% discount comparing with other Web-sites.
On balance, TravelOcat provided on-line services beyond our expectations: good services, great discounts and the personnel’s commitment. This I highly recommend if one wants a stress-free and enjoyable holiday!
