WORST EXPERIENCE with TravelOcat !
CHETANA - the sales person, commits something & dint update the same to operations team & at the end you pay extra amount bcoz they dont allow driver to drop & end the trip.
Gurwinder & Lakhwinder - from operations team, even after explaining the issue - they just keep saying "Complete the extra Payment".
The Hotel Grace BNB booked by Chetana in Delhi - such hotel doesnt even exist. Then driver stopped at some random hotel, we climbed 4 flr with kids & luggage; then I somehw figured out & checked out immediately & got into some other hotel named golden tower (not at all suitable for family with kids). This Hotel asked me to pay extra 550/- as city tax & Travelocat team was not aware of it & made me pay this !!
Chetana closed the deal with me at 43k but informed operations team as 43799/- & they forcefully made me pay this extra.

Trip went well to bali. But I paid for cake which was included in my package. Do refund idr250k asap

I had a good experience with travelocat. It was a good trip. One suggestion to the team would be to communicate important information regarding the trip in advance instead of doing it a day before the trip.

We booked our travel package with Travelocat from 16th to 22nd September 2025, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Before we enrolled, the sales team was very proactive—calling us frequently and speaking politely. However, once we confirmed the package, the communication completely stopped. There were no updates or follow-ups from their side; I had to initiate every call myself, even for basic things like the online visa process.
Despite my efforts to ensure everything went smoothly, the lack of support was frustrating. My friend, who was initially hesitant about choosing Travelocat, was also very disappointed. I had convinced her to go with this agency, and I regret that decision.
We somehow managed to go ahead with the trip to Bali. The only communication from their team was the creation of a WhatsApp group—no calls or check-ins during the trip. The only positive aspect was our local guide, who was truly amazing and helpful throughout.
One major issue was with the Bali Swing, which was supposed to be included in our package. We were asked to pay for it again on-site, even though Travelocat had confirmed it was covered. The guide was unaware of this, and even after messaging the agency, we received no response. In total, we ended up paying ₹3,500 extra, and meals (lunch and dinner) were also not included, which we had to manage ourselves—despite the high cost of the package.
Overall, I strongly recommend choosing a more reliable travel agency for your trips. Our experience with Travelocat was far from satisfactory.

Honestly trip was well planned and all our preferences were taken care. They should inform some does and don't while traveling to Manali it would be 12 hours journey which is not a joke. They should advise medicine to avoid mountain and motion sickness. One thing could be improved they changed vehicle around kurukshetra if there is one vehicle or would be more enjoyable

Driver was 30 min late on first day. Rest hotel and food was good itineraries could have been better.

My husband and I were planning on leaving India from the last 1 year but we were fearing headache in Planning personal life and In going through agents(As we heard of so much cheating by Travel Agents). I had searched in Google for TravelOcat, and Mr. Ankur was coordinating with me. My husband is very choosy and does not like to just trust people, so he questioned Mr. Ankur, who explained the services to him again. Ankur gave us the quotation and the things included therein. We then went online and researched a little about the places and hotels in Singapore to do a little comparison and returned to Ankur again to ask for a revision of the quotation according to the places we had chose and hotels we wanted. We chose Hotel Village Albert Court in Singapore, which is ideal for honeymooners and the kind who value peace and solitude. We troubled poor Mr. Ankur a lot, first on gaining his trust, second on giving him scanned copies of our passports, third on payment, and fourth on revising his best quote. But thank you so much to the entire TravelOcat group and especially to Mr. Ankur, who patiently accepted our pestering and made our Singapore trip memorable.

I recently completed a week-long trip to SINGAPORE organized by mr. Gucharan from TravelOcat. I traveled with my parent. I was highly satisfied with the level of assistance and the attention they provide us for all our queries in detail. Your agent was very patient to understand our travel purposes, likes, and dislikes. The hotels they provided were 5-star, the guide was also well informed about the region. We also cover some more places other than mentioned in our itinerary. It was beyond our expectations.

Extremely Disappointed with Travelocat – A Trip Full of Hassles

I booked a travel package to Manali and Shimla with Travelocat, including flights, for a total cost of ₹57,000, which I paid in advance. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a deeply frustrating experience from start to finish.

First, the travel agent delayed booking the flights, causing the fares to increase by ₹3,000, which I was then asked to pay extra. This kind of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, especially when the full amount had already been paid well in advance.

To make matters worse, the flights were delayed, and Travelocat never bothered to inform me about it beforehand. I had to find out on my own at the airport. The service throughout the trip was poor, and the hotels provided were far from what was promised – nowhere close to the standard expected from a professional travel agency.

The worst part of the trip was during the return journey, where the driver started demanding extra money, despite everything being prepaid. He stopped the cab multiple times on the highway, and the situation escalated so badly that we had to go to the police station to resolve the issue. Throughout this ordeal, Travelocat remained unreachable and did not answer any calls.

This entire experience was not only stressful but also completely avoidable had Travelocat acted responsibly. I would strongly advise against booking any trips with Travelocat unless they drastically improve their customer service, transparency, and accountability
