Very helpful good experience from Kane

Kane was very helpful with my daughter’s unaccompanied ticket and when there were changes to be made he called me promptly to assist in making those changes.

Kane made booking my tickets absolutely seamless—professional, quick, and truly hassle-free, highly recommended!

Have travelled on several occasions with this company Kane being the main person dealing with my business he has always been polite and thoughtful he has considerď my requests and has directed me in a positive way. I have always recommended him to friends and family he always ring or text for clarification he has always found suitable flights and accomodation

The reservation of the flights was good as a disabled person.
When amendments were required, I was listened to.
Kane listened & updated all.
I paid for it in full when it was done.

I previously gave this company 5 stars. I had booked a flight to Auckland this march via Doha but due to the war I was advised by the company to change flights to go via another route. All arrangements went well and I was told we had to pay for our new flights and would have our refund of the cancelled flight within 6 weeks. It was 4 months before we had the refund. Numerous emails , phone calls, false promises and being told do not worry and stress about it!!!!! It is impossible to get through to a manager for the company. We finally had email from Scott ( manager) but I had a number of questions I needed to be answered and to date I have never had a reply. I would never recommend this company to anyone . If there is no problem you might be ok but if you do come across a problem good luck.

Friendly, patient interaction. Helped me to book flights when my BA flights were cancelled. Some miscommunication with times meant I had to alter booked flights. This was done quickly. Roger was great and kept in touch.

This is my first time booking a flight with easyJet. I love their customer service. Although I was transferred between 3 individuals they were all friendly particularly Lisa. She was patient with me. I suffer from anxiety especially when speaking on phone but my experience with you never triggered my anxiety I was comfortable talking with you.Thank you. You are excellent at your job. Thank you
