Friendly, patient interaction. Helped me to book flights when my BA flights were cancelled. Some miscommunication with times meant I had to alter booked flights. This was done quickly. Roger was great and kept in touch.

This is my first time booking a flight with easyJet. I love their customer service. Although I was transferred between 3 individuals they were all friendly particularly Lisa. She was patient with me.
