I won a Chicago Bears tree via a WBBM contest a number of years ago; best tree ever! So nice was the service and product, I continue to purchase from Treetime when necessary. Thank you.

At the time of writing this review, I am unable to control the tree via the app. I am still waiting to hear back in regarding the app. It appears it is incompatible with Android phones.

Treetime is a great company to work with. Their customer service goes above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of. They return your calls promptly and are very professional and friendly. A good company in my opinion.

The tree was as described. It is beautifully made. I am surprised at the good quality. I have never owned a faux tree. This tree did not disappoint. It was easy to assemble for me to look at it before I decided to it was perfect. Looking forward to decorating it for Christmas season.

The website was very user-friendly. The order arrived quickly, and the item looked very much like the photos on the website! The tree was easy to carry and it was super-easy to set up (very clear instructions!). If every holiday task were this simple! And the very best part for me was a minimum of needles dropped. Looking forward to using this very well-made tree for many years to come.

I ordered a tree and didn’t realize that the order would not be processed until the late summer. I originally gave the company one star but I was wrong. After checking multiple sites, the tree I ordered fit the bill. I can’t wait to receive it!

Great advice to narrow down preferred tree. Delivery prompt...tree is beautiful...just bought storage bag and looking forward to Holiday Seasons to come.
