Haven Fir looks good.
I don't have much to comment on the buying experience, other that the delivery was fast. This is the first time that I haven't bought a live tree (sure sign of getting old ;) and I wanted something that didn't scream "fake." I purchased the New Haven Fir and I'm very happy. You need to spread out the greens on the branches, but then it looks great.

Tree arrived fast
Tree arrived fast. Have not had it lit for a long time yet but made sure it did light.

I love the tree I bought but, the customer service person I spoke to regarding the application working on my android phone never sent me the updated application information. She did say that she would. If I didn't happen to find an old Apple phone I would have had to return the tree.

Great customer service
Retime customer service is great. The item I order was beautiful but unfortunately, I had to return because it was too large. They were very helpful in providing me a return label with instructions. I would definitely purchase from Treetime again.

The 5 foot Magic Fir Tree-Sparkling RGB…
The 5 foot Magic Fir Tree-Sparkling RGB LED has been horrendous to put up. I have tried for two days to attach connections between branches and only the bottom lights work. I spent quite a bit for it and would love to have it in working order.
My wife recently passed away and I had surgery shortly after that, so I knew I couldn't tackle our beautiful 6.5 foot tree which I've put up for the past 4 years (also from Treetime, and I've raved about it).
The Magic Fir is indeed a beautiful tree, but I'm frustrated that I can't get the lights in working order.
