The tree did not look anything like the picture. My husband didn’t even want to tell me what it cost to ship back and I’m sure you will charge a restocking fee!
When my grown so saw the tree he laughed. This year is the first year in 41 years I do not have a tree decorated

We are very sorry to hear you were not happy with this tree. Did you call and speak to anyone about this? How you shaped this tree does matter a great deal with the type of tree you ordered because if it isn't shaped properly it will not look anything like the photos online. Your tree was 6.5 ft tall, but believe me it's one of the most-realistic and beautiful best-sellers for several years now. Again, we are happy to give you a full refund and sorry you weren't satisfied.
Zero customer service for returns
Called and emailed numerous times about returning the wrong ribbon I ordered. Never heard anything back from the company. Will never place an order with them again.

The stand for the tree is too small to hold it up. I would suggest you make it wider and part of the tree trunk. I am probably doing something wrong but I give up!

Hello, as you know, the tree is 24" tall in the stand and if you're using heavy ornaments on it and not balancing the weight on both sides it will tip. It's a small tiny desk or end table tree not designed for a lot of decorations. If you need assistance please give us a call and we'll be happy to help.

Great Customer Service
We mistakenly ordered trees with colored lights. We discovered this on a Sunday evening and immediately ordered trees with clear lights. They were delivered on Tuesday! Our return request was promptly taken care of. And the trees are beautiful!

No problem exchange

The tree looks good, we feel the center part of the tree was a little sparse, you can see the inside pole even after decorating. It was easy to assemble and seems to be made well

The goods were really gorgeous.
The goods were really gorgeous! The shipping was good - not overnight, but timely enough and accurately predicted. Just saying I wouldn't wait to order what you need a few days before you need it. Amazon has us all 'trained' to expect 2 day deliveries and a normal delivery of 7-10 days seems long now. Oh but these table wreaths were SO WORTH THE WAIT! Completely life-like. I can't believe they are not real.

Beautiful and realistic
Thr Santa Fe slim model is a beautiful tree! In my opinion, it looks more realistic than the Balsam Hill trees because the branches have some brown. I also love the pine cones. Well worth the investment!

Beautiful tree ! So realistic looking. Super fast shipping. Tree lights are a bit confusing and really not much instruction in the book that is sent, but a quick call to customer service helped me alot ! All in all very pleased with this perfect little tree !

Well made
Timely shipping. This is a nice tree, it is not the old mono chromatic "toilet brush" type of tree. The tree has several colors,shapes and textures that do a good job of replicating a real tree. It is easy to put up. A bit pricey, but looks like it will last for many years and was a good investment.
