I had no problems with the ordering or…
I had no problems with the ordering or receiving of the tree. However, the tree itself was a very disappointing tree. I’m using it this Christmas but will purchase another one from another company as this one is well under par. Very disappointed in the appearance of it. It’s really not good at all. I’m am a senior citizen and have bought many trees over the course of my life and this one is really not good. I appreciate your seeking feedback and hope your company can improve on the quality and representation of their trees. Thank you .

It does matter a great deal with the type of tree you ordered because if it isn't shaped properly it will not look the way it's supposed to. Your tree is 6.5 ft tall, but believe me it's one of the most-realistic and beautiful best-sellers we have! We would be happy to talk you through this ASAP. Please give us a call.

The clearance garland you purchased does have a warranty. If you're not 100% satisfied you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. I'm very sorry it is not working perfectly out of the box as it should.
Nice tree…
The tree is not as sturdy as I thought it was going to be as far as holding some heavy ornaments. Some branches are fine but others are not. The tree has a nice open shape and lights are pretty. It has a dimming feature which is really nice. The tree looks nice but not as real looking or as sturdy as I was hoping for.

The tree looks very nice and realistic
The tree looks very nice and realistic. I would say the directions in the electrical plug-ins for each section are murky at Best and didn’t make sense. I’ve had other artificial trees and as you electrically connected each section to plug into the wall it was very simple to do. This one was not. That would be my only negative comment otherwise I’m happy I purchased from this company.

The tree arrived earlier than expected
The tree arrived earlier than expected. The box was not damaged and neither was the tree inside. It was weird but I thought I smelled a live tree when we opened the box. Maybe I was just in the Christmas spirit. It took us a short time to get it set up and plugged in to the outlet. (When I say we my husband did all the work and I read the instructions and centered the tree in the window.

I bought my tree early
I bought my tree early, on sale, and put it up before Thanksgiving. It’s beautiful and I’m enjoying the full joy of celebrating the birthday of my Lord Jesus Christ. Many blessings to you this season and all year as we look forward to meeting Him in the air when He returns for us … John 14:1-3 and I Thessalonians 4:17.

A Beautiful Tree
It is a beautiful tree first and foremost! The choices of lighting and the easy to use control allow us to change the look we want to create.
Ordering was very easy and our tree arrived in half the time expected.
