Beautiful foliage
Had a beautiful delivery of a mystery foliage box. Obviously wasn’t sure what I would get but the quality and amount blew me away. Wish I had filmed an unboxing as just when I thought I had opened it all, there was a pack of bear grass tucked into the side of the box. I’m so looking forward to using the foliage in my arrangements and will certainly be ordering again

I’ve been ordering from Triangle Nursery for over 10 years. They are always on hand to help with choosing the right flowers, offering advice, making tutorials and will go out of their way to assist with any specific requests. All my fresh flowers and sundries are always packed beautifully. I wouldn’t go anywhere else as they go above and beyond.

Just want to say a massive thank you…
Just want to say a massive thank you for the service you provide. I have never ordered wholesale flowers online before. The process was simple and easy and when i needed advice regarding ordering , the person on the telephone was very helpful. In addition the flowers /foliage were excellent and lasted a week after the wedding. Delivery was also spot on. Can’t fault it and would happily use again and highly recommend. Thanks again

Wedding Flowers
I ordered the flowers for my wedding and was delighted with the whole process - choice, notifications, packaging, comprehensive guidance and the longevity of the blooms. I received on 5/12 for wedding on 9/12. Now 16/12 and many of the blooms are still going strong. Thrilled to bits.

Impeccable DIY wedding flowers
Used Triangle for our wedding flowers and I'm so glad I did. I found all the guides really helpful and used the stem guide to plan my order. I loved that I could choose exactly what flowers I wanted for a fraction of the price than using a florist, though it did help I had a friend who know what she was doing with the arrangements.
Delivery was generally good (on time and safely packaged) but DPD are always a bit problematic, they never rang the bell and just left the order. Happily we were looking out for them and there were no problems. Despite that, I have no reservations in recommending Triangle.

Amazing, personal, caring company with vast range of supplies, and a fair price
I recently ordered from Triangle Nursery for the first time as I usually create funeral wreaths for friends and family upon request, and for the funerals I attend personaly, there was a massive selection of "sympathy supplies" available and I placed my order, however; I was worried the order might not arrive in time with the funeral just five days away. I called up and spoke with a truly kind and understanding lady who immediately took action and ensured my entire order was dispatched the very sam day (delivered the next day) - WOW. They went above and beyond to help during a difficult time, and I couldn't be more grateful. The service was exceptional, and I won’t be shopping anywhere else in the future. Disappointed.
Having read the good reviews and also knowing someone who had used Triangle Nursery in the past in felt confident that they would supply good quality flowers.However, this was not the case. I was so disappointed to receive 10 mini sunflowers that were actually dead. How these made it into the box is anyone's guess. These were a vital part of one of the arrangements I was doing for my son's wedding. They did not have any more in stock . This resulted in a very stressful time trying to locate similar sunflowers locally.
The Kiss Me Kate roses were of extremely poor quality and the advise was they will perk up after conditioning - no they did not. I had to take so many petals off they were only suitable as filler flowers. The eucalyptus was mildewed and not nice at all - a replacement was offered but in the same condition as what I had already received. What good was that so I reluctantly, accepted partial refund. Strangely the cheapest Avalanche pink roses were fine. I sourced further and better condition roses locally. I wish I had done this in the first place. I felt very much fobbed off when I rang the nursery. Admittedly mine was only a small order but I expected a much better experience than I received. What should have been an enjoyable process turned out to be anything but. Needless to say I will not be using them again.

Regarding the mini sunflowers, I’m sorry that they arrived in such poor condition and that we were unable to send a replacement due to stock limitations. We understand how stressful it must have been to try to source replacements on short notice, and for that, we are truly sorry. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the Kiss Me Kate roses and eucalyptus. Our advice regarding conditioning the roses was based on standard flower care, but we understand that this did not resolve the issue. The eucalyptus offered as a replacement did not meet your expectations, and we regret that this solution fell short for you. We will be reviewing our quality control processes to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
We understand that this was not the enjoyable and smooth experience you had hoped for, and we apologise for how this impacted your preparations. Please know that your order, no matter the size, is important to us, and we are sorry that we didn’t deliver the high standards you expected and deserved.
While we did process a partial refund, I understand that it does not make up for the frustration caused, and we regret that we were not able to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
