Triangle Nursery Avis 

Triangle did a bespoke box for us to practise for my daughters wedding. Accurate to the website, the flowers were in excellent condition and are (still!) lasting well! Excited to do the real thing later in the year!

I was looking for somewhere to provide reasonably-priced DIY dried wedding flower arrangements and found it with Triangle Nursery. Great range of products and love the delivery date calculator and Excel macros for calculating what you need! Really happy with the quality of the items. Out of a large order, only one bunch of eucalyptus arrived a little tatty; so after one swift email a replacement was on it's way free of charge - I was so impressed I ordered more! Can't credit Dave, Linda and the team highly enough for their excellent customer service

I love using triangle nursery, it’s reasonably priced compared to other wholesalers, the no minimum order makes it easier to lessen waste and I love the mystery packs!

The rose stems arrived quickly. We ordered 20 and unfortunately we only received 19 complete stems and 1 missing the rose head entirely. It had a clean cut so had not been lost or damaged in transit.
We sent a message with photo to Triangle Nursery and received an automated reply only, no personal acknowledgement or reply at all which was very disappointing.

I ordered from Triangle Nursery at Christmas, and found the quality of flowers extremely good. Packaging was sturdy and easy to open and dispose of. Delivery was excellent. Since then I have ordered again and before packing up my order, I received a 'phone call to say the flowers I particularly wanted were not of a quality suitable to sell, let alone arrange, so would I like to choose something else. The suggestions were all excellent, and I asked for whatever they considered excellent to be sent. I was so surprised when they arrived to think that my intended arrangement is going to look even more spectacular than I had planned. With the flowers came details of how to condition certain flowers (if you didn't know), which I consider a professional attribute, worth mentioning.

Thank you Triangle nursery for the beautiful flowers you sent as a replacement for a failed DPD delivery. The flowers were for a funeral tribute to my 99 year old Mother. You arranged for the replacement to be sent to my cousin in West Wales where the funeral was being held instead of my home address so that they could be conditioned and arranged in time for the funeral. DPD delivered the original order which had been at their Stoke depot for five days after the funeral. Special thanks to Mary for her understanding and compassion.

I ordered a large amount of flowers for my wedding. My sisters in law were doing the arrangements, so ordering wholesale is something I've never done before. Triangle flowers could not have been more helpful. They advised me on the phone giving me confidence to go ahead and order. The flowers arrived in immaculate condition. Despite the driver clearly being unaware of the Fragile signs covering the boxes! They were so well packaged no harm was going to come of them. They arrived on Thursday afternoon, were arranged on Friday and were absolutely stunning on the Saturday. I would not hesitate to use and recommend Triangle again in the future.

My first order of a diy funeral spray kit arrived on friday i unpacked excited to see my first order from an wholesalers, i am a student florist so have been sourcing wholesalers and thought the diy kit from Triangle was brilliant value for money however when i opened up the lisianthus was looking at least 3 weeks old already, every bud on each stem is completely open and starting to crinkle and go brown, apart from 1 stem that is completely dead with limp floppy buds, they was conditioned as instructed straight away, so i was hoping they might perk slightly so that i could at salvage some of the buds to use, however its now sunday (the day before due funeral) and i have nothing but a bunch of dead brown awful looking lisianthus that is only fit for the bin, all the other foliage and flowers was upto the standard i was expecting so only fair that i mention this also, im not a person to complain due to the fact i work in customer service myself and appreciate how hard it is to please customers however this is my parting gift to a loved one and i have completely wasted my money, i have contacted customer services via email, but unfortunately have not heard anything back as of yet and probably wont until the funeral has been and gone, absolutely gutted is an understatement, ive completely wasted my money on dead stems, better work is needed on your quality control, Ive bought better quality flowers at a supermarket and am now having to trail around them for a replacement,

Triangle went above and beyond to deliver a last minute ordered item. Product was delivered and in great condition. We love ordering and speaking with the friendly staff. Thanks again

Cannot recommend Triangle Nursery enough. We had a wonderful time planning and arranging the flowers for our sons wedding in June with Triangle Nursery's help. We were able to produce all the flowers - bouquets, table arrangements and buttonholes. The bride wanted a simple, rustic look and we used flowers provided by the nursery to augment flowers from our garden and local wildflowers. We had a session with a florist on the team (Debbie) that really helped us identify what we needed to order - she advised what would be in season, what varieties would be most suitable and what volumes we would need.
All in all it was a lovely experience that everyone was able to get involved in and helped make the wedding a glorious occasion.

I have used this wholesalers 3 times in the past last 2 have not been great at all and and will not use again. So a day before the delivery I get a email to say that the Alliums I ordered have come in the wrong colour I ordered white/ pink and what come in was purple claims they tried to call me but I have nothing on my phone i thought was very strange to send somthing in a completely differnt colour i could understand if it was swapped with somthing the same colour. Then I noticed another email to say the other flower I order chry blooms nearly half are damaged and that the damaged stems have been refunded these was very important as my grandad used to grow chry blooms for shows these flowers are for my nans funeral. I called after I saw both emails and the way I was spoken too was like I've not got a clue about flowers or how a wholesaler works , I was a florist for over 10years and worked in a wholesalers as well I understand the process. Lady said she can get some more in but can't guarantee she could get them and the earliest would be Thursday I've got to do the arrangements then so can't wait for just the off chance they can. This is already a stressful situation for me. Then the flowers turn up I'm at work my husband takes in delivery and to cut them and put them into water. I have a look at them no way are they fresh from auctions the chry leaves are yellow and brown at the bottom not much I can do now but pray another wholesalers can get these for me or hope me conditioning them will make them last 🙏. These might be alright for people who know little about flowers as they are pricey and clearly not off good quality. My advice find your local wholesalers and use them !

Morning. I just wanted to say a huge huge thankyou to you guys. We initially got married in 2020 with restricted numbers and used your flowers then. We knew we wanted a celebration at a later date with all our family and friends so when I saw you guys had been devasted by the news of the fire, I was eagerly waiting to see when you would reopen. I just knew I had to have your flowers again! Soo after waiting patiently I managed to place the order and was lucky enough to be in with the first delivery date.... well you definitely did not disappoint and I cannot express how beautiful they are. We used them for our table decorations but this is a pic of them after 4 days and still going strong, literally cannot fault them and still sooo beautiful. Sooo thankyou so much. I'm so glad you guys are getting back on your feet.
