They have changed the intercom one year…
They have changed the intercom one year ago and its not working again. Have been reporting this from February, no actions. Looking to do a cheap system to work for 3 months and then change it again? The post man cant get in for months now! Ridiculous company i guess!

UNETHICALLY HIDING ACCOUNTS
0 stars. They Rob people’s money, can’t even close accounts and provide statements of accounts for the past 5 years.
Trinity’s idea of Gardners to maintain the estate is someone showing up with a diesel push hand lawnmower on minimum wage not an actual commercial company, because that’s why we pay hundreds of pounds a year on estate charges 👍🏻.

Careless Trinity - poor CSR
Trinity have a complete lack of care when it comes to looking after their neighbours.
Never dealt with such an incompetent irresponsible team of staff on the Property Management team.
The company website states “run by exceptional people with commitment to delivering a high service level to our customers”.
My experience in the last few months of chasing and chasing has given me the total opposite view of this statement.

I was kindly supported by Caroline Longdon, and whilst I had a number of queries Caroline was instrumental in pulling them all together so that they were all resolved in one phone call whilst sending me information via email too. Caroline was great as a single point of contact putting me at ease with her excellent customer care skills, thank you so much!

Not interested fixing the issues.
If you raise one issue they will closed the issue without investigation.
Major issue like damp , needs 4 years to get solution.
Regional Manager And Property Manager shows no interest getting on contact with you or finding solutions, happy to let you live in inhabitable conditions.

As said in the previous review there are no benches. which were promised 10 years ago, so trinity said they were not adding any ADDITIONAL benches, goes to show they don't even know whats on the site. they just want £200000 a year to cut grass.

I wish I could give them zero stars. It's incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone. Even internal teams don’t seem to communicate with each other, and they expect the customer to chase around trying to find the right department. The team answering the phone is completely unprofessional and unhelpful.

Unable to logon to Residents Portal
I was unable to logon to residents portal for more than a week in order to check and pay my service charge, so I phoned and eventually got through to someone who told me they were having problems with the site. He then transferred me to the accounts department. After hanging on the line for an eternity, I gave up and emailed the accounts department to find out how much was outstanding, as I knew I had previously been in credit. I have received a reply today only to tell me they’re not aware of any problem with the portal. No mention of my service charge. It seems that the problems they were having with the portal have since been resolved as I am now able to logon.

Dreadful
Dreadful, incompetent company.
Trinity’s lack of care for residents knows no bounds. Take, take, take is all they do whilst leaving residents feeling gaslit and bullied.
Despite being provided with more than enough information, the issues have not been rectified. Fixflos are closed without proper investigation. When there is a response it is rude and sarcastic.

I wouldn’t even give this company a single star if I could! This is the most incompetent, infuriating, and downright disgraceful company I’ve ever dealt with! Their so-called customer service is an absolute joke—every time I call, I’m left waiting for over 30 minutes, only for the call to disconnect! I’ve tried countless times to reach them about the bogus charges they keep sending to my home, yet they refuse to acknowledge payments I’ve already made. But oh, they’re lightning-fast when it comes to threatening legal action over their base-less fees! It’s beyond ridiculous! I am FURIOUS that my home developer (Keepmoat Homes) ever forced me into dealing with this company!

At a time when everything is automated and ‘ All our Assistants are busy at the moment’ it is a pleasure to be dealt with by Yasemin who responds immediately and is the most helpful customer services manager that Trinity have had. She works with our directors in this housing development, is always approachable and responsive to requests. She has changed the system around since she took up the post in 2023.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Trinity Estates has been nothing short of an absolute nightmare, filled with incompetence, fabricated charges, and blatant avoidance of accountability.
Let’s start with the fabricated charges they have tried to impose on me:
£195 "restriction fee" – A completely made-up charge with no basis in my lease agreement. When challenged, they couldn't provide any explanation or evidence.
£632.85 charge – Over a year of back-and-forth emails, with Trinity Estates and their so-called solicitors contradicting themselves at every turn, proving they don’t even know how this charge came to exist.
£65.01 service charge – This was suddenly issued after I had already paid all service charges in full, without any breakdown or justification. They also falsely claimed I had been previously contacted about this—when no such communication existed.
When I challenge these fraudulent charges, Trinity Estates conveniently stops responding. Their property manager, Gary, is completely incompetent, sending copy-paste responses that fail to address any concerns. Instead of actually providing evidence (because they have none), they try to redirect me to their solicitors, Womble Bond Dickinson, as a way to avoid responsibility. If all communication is supposedly through their solicitors, then why is Trinity Estates still sending these fake charges directly to me? Clearly, this is a deliberate loophole to avoid accountability.
This company is a complete scam—they will send out fake charges, ignore legitimate disputes, and hope that leaseholders just give up and pay. Their mismanagement, deceitful tactics, and failure to comply with lease agreements make them one of the worst property management companies in existence.
If you’re considering moving into a property managed by Trinity Estates—DON’T. Their incompetence will cost you time, money, and endless frustration. I have now escalated this matter to the Housing Ombudsman and will be exposing their fraudulent activities to every media outlet possible.
Stay far away from this company.

I have tried so many times to get in…
I have tried so many times to get in touch with them for my account statement via email and calls to no avail. They jist sending bills without showing a breakdown of what I’m paying and how it’s calculated. Just ridiculous!
