Denise stayed late, hours after her office's incoming phone lines had closed, awaiting my email to say I now had the information she needed to make my booking. She then called me back, and made the booking without fuss, discussing everything in beautifully clear spoken English, and even saving me on the online price.

As always Denise cannot do enough to make sure everything is well organised and that all arrangements are fully in place after the booking has been made.

The itinerary and price were great, Kyle Beevers phoned back when he said he would and provided all the information and the time and space that we needed to make our decision.

Everything about the cruise was up to our expectations and beyond. The cruise director gave us an excellent talk each evening about the next day's trips etc. The staff on board were all friendly and service was excellent.
