Kyle was so receptive to our customised trip to Japan… anything I requested he was able to sort out… very much a ‘can do’ sort of person… I couldn’t be more impressed!

We had already booked our first river cruise via Denise at Tripse and mentioned that we would like to do a Douro cruise at some point. Denise called us with a great price on a cruise that had a group cancel. Job done!

Tripse was excellent. Informative , good service.
Ama Sintra experience on the ship was not of the same standard as ama sailings on the Rhine and Danube, with regard to food selection and cabins, which were cramped. The Douro was stunning.

Delightful River Cruise . Tripse organized every aspect of my solo cruise on the Danube. All aspects were sorted and organised quickly and efficiently. They got me a great deal for a great price, I couldn't be happier. I will definitely use them again.

Even though my original river cruise was cancelled, the staff at Tripse handled my options so well. When things don't go to plan, it was comforting to know that they had my best interests in mind. They booked me on a future cruise and managed my compensation for the cancelation , which I was happy to accept. This is what I call good customer service.

We've been on many holidays from city breaks to Paris from luxurious holidays in the Maldives. But weve always booked with Tripse. Kyle is very knowledgeable about the travel industry, but also very honest.

Kyle at River Cruise Company was so helpful when our outward flight was cancelled. He checked we were OK and that our flight was rebooked, he arranged a taxi transfer to the boat payed for by the company when we eventually reached our destination airport and kept the cruise manager informed. We would highly recommend using River Cruise Company.

The River Cruise Company were very helpful in booking the Cruise, finding the best options on flights and a great company in Ama.
The Cruise was very enjoyable apart from the rain which at least ensured the river levels did mot become an issue.
All in all a pleasant trip,will be looking at another Cruise next year

Tour manager Noel was great. So helpful for us oldies. We were lucky with the weather and found Brugge a lovely place to visit. Only grudge was Hotel bathroom which needed a shower hand rail !!!
