Stay away from this company I ordered a product they said it was going to be late then they said it was shipped then it never came and now they said because The postal service does not have tracking that it's not their responsibility it wasn't cheap and I'm out the money customer service is terrible... Run

Would give negative star if I could. Literally ripped me off. Over 60.00 bucks on a non existent item. Shipping took a month to even update. After COUNTLESS EMAILS asking for help, I get an email that said item was delivered. They update their own tracking. Nothing was ever received. Just stole my money. SCAM SCAM SCAM

#1. You are impossible to get ahold of. When I finally was able to figure out an email and the fact that I’ve been in the hospital with pneumonia, it’s past the 30 days and if I’m penalized and don’t get reimbursed, I will go to Tom Martini and the BBB. Not only does this product not work in the least bit. Discontine this crappy product. And now you billed me again for product I did not order. I was on your site looking for an email and I went into the screen to make sure I had the right product and right Company and just because my credit card pops up automatically, you guys took an order from me illegally, why in the world would I order more product that is crap. I’m furious with your company and if I don’t get reimbursed on the illegal order, I will turn it into my credit card company as fraud. I will send back the 3 boxes plus the opened and used box. Send me an R. A. And I will return it at no charge to me.
You owe me $72.43 billed to me on 5/11 and then $72.47 billed to me on 5/14. I’m dead serious about this and I would like it done expeditiously. Thank you. Kay

Wearing 1 patch everyday for weeks….. no color change. NOTHING

Never received product, attempted to resolve with customer service and it was a pass the buck situation. They showed it delivered after 23 days, never was, so I was told to ask post office and neighbors. Had already done so. Ordered on 5/23 allegedly delivered on 6/15.

This product is an absolute fraud. The product received is not the product shown in the ad. There is no physical way for any “tanning product” to penetrate the epidermis of the skin. To be effective, the molecules would have to penetrate deeper, at least to the dermis or the basal layer of the skin. Even if it did work, it would take an extremely large area of the skin to cover all areas, so this product will not produce the melanin that is part of the tanning process. I intend to pursue legal measure to prevent this company from continuing to make their claims and victimize people to buy a fraudulent product

Can't review what I have not received. Where's my I order?

I've been using product every few days and still skin not darker in areas not exposed to sun. I get tan from sun but not the patch at all. Very disappointing due was hoping less sun exposed to whole body. Self taking products used prior and gor dark with them. Im almost done with my first box and have 2 left that I will probably have to throw out. Why keep something if doesn't work.

The product didn’t deliver on the results. In fact, the tanning patches didn’t do anything for me at all. It did leave a little red mark where it was placed, but no tan.
I am hard pressed to give even one star. Very disappointing in the product and the cost of paying for a disappointment.
Do Not Recommend this product.

Took forever to get the product. It has NOT worked. I have seen no tan develop at all. I am extremely disappointed.

This product does nothing. I followed the instructions and nothing happened. I then doubled up on the recommended amount, still nothing. I then used the entire box, left the product on for two days ( usually 2hours) STILL NOTHING. A complete waste of money !!

I never received my item and when I did a customer service link they said they were backed up and it would take awhile to get back to me and never did…

Absolutely the worst service ever!!

I bought the self tanning patches . It does not work. The sticky part is not not even around the textured part that is supposed to activate the self tanning process. It’s a bogus product made in china

Been using twice a week for 3 weeks and haven’t noticed a difference.

If I could give the cream 0 stars I would! It took forever to get and I see NO Difference at all. I would love a refund and give them back the second tube !

I’m on my fifth time of applying the tanning patch. Waiting 24 hours in between sets. No color whatsoever. I’m glad I cancelled the subscription after the initial order.
