Absolute scam. Ordered the eye tightening cream (3 x tubes) and it literally does not work. Despite many emails have not been given a refund!!

This is a scam company
This is a scam company! Ordered products from them only to have them get “delayed” after many calls, emails and online chats the items were supposedly returned to sender. I have asked for a refund but I’m now getting told that they will not be refunding the delivery cost and will be deducting 15% handling charge and that I’ve to pay €15 delivery back to them for something I’ve never received??
To make things worse they then sent this “to save you time and avoid the hassle of shipping the product back, we can offer you a faster alternative:
An instant partial refund less 15% and delivery costs
Please do not order from this company as you will either not receive the goods you ordered or will have to fight to get your money back.

Didn't receive the correct product as ordered and received x5 the amount ordered and charged accordingly. Now spending weeks trying to get the incorrect supply and charge addressed.
