Akaelha called to welcome me to the program. The provider, Tod Work also completed a virtual call with me which I appreciated. I like how they’re already responsive and attentive. I’m hoping for a much better experience with this team. Thank you

Super nice
Akila(?) was super nice. The call itself was unnecessary, which is the reason it’s 4 stars, and they kept calling in the middle of work and then when I’d call back no one would answer. I can tell they’d be super helpful if I ever needed them

I had a great experience with Clifton from Shed. He was incredibly informative and made sure to answer all of my questions thoroughly. What really stood out was how welcoming he was—not just to me, but to the entire community. It’s clear he genuinely cares about providing a positive experience. Jamika
So I just got off the phone with Jamika who was very informative about what you do and how to do it! As far as when to call in to get refills, who to call with questions, to download app, and where to go in app for different questions, info, etc. Although I have not yet received meds, this beginning process has been much simpler than some other companies I’ve used in the past. Jamika was great and made this phone call worth my time! It’s not very often you get to talk to someone who is personable and seems excited for you. Thank you, Jamika
