I want to say Kudos to Mike for calling me & welcoming me to the Shed family. He was very kind, informative & patient with my questions. I also feel good about my decision to start glp1’s. I started out with some trepidation cuz you hear so many things about side effects, but once I visited app & combed through some information & video visit with doctor, I feel safe and excited to drop this excess weight safely. Thanks to you all.

They start you off at such a low dose, way below than the standard starter dose of 2.5mg, in fact it isn’t even half of the standard starter dose. Despite letting them know that you have been on it before with no issues. They also don’t use Strive pharmacy for everyone. Seems like they’re selective on who they prescribe through Strive. I ended up getting my meds from a very low rating pharmacy which probably explains why I had no type of noticeable effects or could be that they prescribed an incredibly low dose. Month 2 is still not at half the starter dose. I ended up cancelling before I could even get to that dose amount. Such a waste going through this company! You will not get any results here. On top of that, you will wait weeks before you get your medication when you first sign up.

I had such a wonderful experience with customer service, thanks to Hazel. From the moment I spoke with her, she was kind, patient, and incredibly attentive. I was feeling a bit stressed at the start of the call, but she took the time to walk me through everything step by step, making sure I fully understood and felt comfortable.
What really stood out was her compassion and genuine understanding of my situation. She didn’t rush me or make me feel like just another customer, she truly cared. By the end of the call, I felt completely at ease and so much better than when I started.
Hazel is an absolute gem, and I only wish there were more people like her in customer service. Because of her, this was hands down the best experience I’ve had. I highly recommend Shed!!!!

They have charged my card for 2 months and I have yet to receive the prescription. I asked for a refund and after $553.15 charged to my card, I am told I cannot get a refund, but I can speak with a provider (spoke with one in February) to "try" to get the medicine shipped to me - since I cannot get a refund - and they admitted all of this was a miscommunication on their part. Again, it is almost April and I am still waiting on a shipment from February.
