Update…..

They cancelled my subscription after I spoke with Cliston. I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone to see if my order was still being shipped out because it’s still saying my order is in “progress” but they cancelled my subscription. I still had my appointment with Dr. Griggs on yesterday that lasted a min and 30 seconds. Mind you process started 6 days ago and it does not seem like I’ll be getting anything

I was having problems getting an appointment through the online patient portal. I sent a request for help and Carli answered and took care of my problems in less than an hour. Shed has the best customer support team.

Tyler was great and answers all my questions.looking forward to starting my journey with shed !!!!!

Spoke with Clifton was the one who reached out was amazing he walked me through what shed was and how I will be able to get my medication. He was amazing

So far everything has been great, still very new so I can’t say too much just yet. Akeelha reached out got my welcome and made sure I didnt have any question on the process and gave me the resources to assure if I so I can reach someone. I have no complaints !

It was very easy and quick to sign up. I had my welcome call with Jamika today. She was nice, knowledgeable, and clear on what to expect with the program. She did not make the call seemed rushed and was available to answer any questions I might have had. Cant wait to start on this new adventure with Shed!
