Your order delivery estimate is between the 9th and 22nd of Jan, today is the 13th of Jan, this was clearly stated at checkout when you placed the order, furthermore you were provided a tracking number which can be tracked online for live updates, you are based in New Zealand and we're in the UK so parcels do take time with customs clearance etc..
