I’m possible to get hold of customer services instead used instagram. My home corner said September delivery then it didn’t come so we emailed over several
Days no reply then phoned and was told some time in October. They then said via insta mid November Two and half months delivery is unacceptable I needed the home corner for my new nursery inspection in October. Disappointed with customer service and updates - such a shame TTS didn’t even try to contact the supplier on my behalf to try and speed up the delivery.
I then asked for my money back to be told fill a form in to cancel the order and wait for your money no indication when I’d receive my money back.
I’ve used more money to buy another one from a company that can guarantee delivery

I had made a request for the order to be delivered on 1st September. I was reminded last week that it hadn't arrived. I had heard nothing from TTS. I raised a request on the website and then sent an email, but had no direct response. I finally received the rug today.

Worst customer service ever
I wish I could give this company zero. Horrendous experience, worst customer service I’ve ever had. Complained three times and the issue is still not resolved. Going to escalate if this is not resolved by Monday. Never using this company again

Poor delivery and communication
Products are good - delivery times are shocking!
Placed a large order mid July, and still not all items have been received. I have not been kept informed of delivery issues, i need to chase. Having called today, they have now said delivery will not be until November! Price point is on the high side, so would have expected fast delivery. I would expect to be informed of delivery delays instead of having to chase. Call centre staff seemed un-bothered ‘is what is’ approach.

I ordered 6 chairs & only got 5. Rang & spoke to a helpful person who said he would send another . Had a card from Parcel force the next day saying we were out. Followed instructions to have it redelivered & it still hasn’t arrived.

Recommended retailer
I purchased a large rubber dice which is of very durable quality and a great size for little hands. I was disappointed that when I entered the basket to make payment a large amount of tax along with delivery doubled my basket literally. The product itself I can not fault at all. I will still use this retailer again due to quality assurance. Thank you shipment was fast and also delivery.

Terrible communication
First up, the product is so great. Looks expensive and is well packaged. But the company sent me 4 when I paid for 1, then when I queried it, were slow to respond and booked a collection without telling me. I was worried they would take more money from my account that I couldn’t afford and they were never reassuring. It was worrying to hand over the product to a courier without any knowledge if they were a real one. Terrible communication
