TTS looked after me
TTS themselves were excellent. It's just a shame they use UPS as their delivery company. UPS kept delivering the item to a local convenience store, but the items were repeatedly stolen from there within an hour of them being delivered, before I had time to collect them. TTS sent me replacements to a different address, but please TTS, stop using UPS and use another delivery company. UPS are awful.

Shocking service from start to finish
Shocking service from start to finish. Missing items, broken items, and months of going back and forth to customer services to get this resolved. They promise a response and never get back. I will never order from this company again.

Shocking customer service
This item was ordered multiple times, and had to be chased as the order was deleted and not re processed. Using a card as a guest to check out needed 3 attempts as there was a glitch in the system, but no way to know if the payment had gone through. Customer service was shocking!

I emailed after placing an order for some light pebbles as I was worried about lo mg delivery times, I had a response within 24 hours and my delivery came within a week! Very pleased with the light pebbles- I have wanted them for ages and they will be a wonderful addition to my classes!

Unit very late. Poor communication
We ordered a tray storage unit in July. TTS promised that it would be delivered at the start of September. The unit did not arrive at the start of September. We called to find out when the unit would be delivered on several occasions. Every time, they promised to call back, but didn't. When we called again, they promised that it would arrive on 9th, then 16th, then 23rd, then 30th September. It didn't. They have now promised that it will arrive by 7th October. We wait...
