Poor customer service
Having ordered an item in July and constantly chasing this order, with TTS saying it would be another date.
I finally decided to cancel this order in October only to be promised again that it would be delivered on 31/10/25. Having not received it again, I cancelled.
Receiving an email on 12th November stating refund would be 5-7 working days. 11 days later and I am chasing for the refund. To be told it will now be 3-5 working days. Really poor customer service

The table is a great size and shape
The table is a great size and shape, but the holes to attach the bar under the table are not inline with the holes in the bar.

Very happy
TTS were very efficient, easy and quick. The gardening tools I ordered arrived well packed and are of excellent quality. They are a Christmas present for my 9 year old grandson and I know he will be thrilled.

Problem with delivery address inputted…
Problem with delivery address inputted when sending to courier, item returned to warehouse. No contact or communication from them, only found out when trying to chase up where order was. To top it off the customer service rep then suggested I pay and put the same order through again while waiting for them to locate the original one

Dreadful customer service and…
Dreadful customer service and communication skills. Waiting days and sometimes week for replies to urgent emails. Taking orders, from a primary school, when knowingly aware that items are out of stock with no restock date! Not meeting delivery expectations when items ordered in June for delivery in August. Within 2 hours the order went from a few items out of stock to all items out of stock with no re-stock date (sent by email from TTS). We have used this company for many years but will never use them again!

Ordered in August still waiting for delivery
I ordered an item in August with an expected delivery in September. It’s now mid-November, and despite chasing every month, I’ve only been told it’s a “supplier issue.” The website still claims delivery is 3–4 weeks, which feels misleading given the ongoing delays. There’s been no accountability or real effort to make things right. Really disappointed — I wouldn’t order from here again and would go elsewhere in future.

Non-delivery and poor communication
Ordered equipment for a school. TTS promised quick delivery but as soon as they had the order communication became very poor and they repeatedly missed the delivery dates they gave. This resulted in wasted money for contractors being on site to take deliveries which never turned up, and the project missing deadlines despite everyone's best efforts to deliver a scheme over the holidays. They promised delivery over the summer holidays and now 2 months later we are still waiting for items.
Their website looks impressive but they basically just drop-ship direct from international manufacturer's, much like Temu or Ali Express. So long deliveries, items all arriving at different times, no tracking information and very poor customer services.
