Generally very good
The booking process is very easy, and communication with TUI is very quick. However TUI application is not always working properly. I found different prices when using browser and app. Also mistakes were on maps which showed different location off hotels compered to the hotel's website (mixted hotel and hostel name).

TUI Wilton, especially our consultant Caroline were a pleasure to deal with. They helped us arrange a wonderful holiday with my parents who both needed assistance through the airport. The hotel suggested was perfect for accessibility requirements and they even organised a taxi transfer to the hotel to make it easier for my parents. The overall service from TUI in Wilton was second to none. Would highly recommend.
