Not used this company before but certainly would again. Ordered a table and it was delayed in production but I was kept in the loop so not a problem with later delivery date as it was beyond their control. Huge thank you to the wonderful Patrick for all his help over the past few months. We ordered a coffee table and Patrick kindly held it for us for 3 months until we got the keys to our new house. Product quality is top notch and their customer service is good. I have brought several items from this company and although lead times may be long it’s worth the wait. Patrick was really helpful and pulled out the stops to ensure I had the Richmond Hunter Sideboard delivered on time and I enjoy the person to person interaction and customer care which make the purchasing memorable. I placed an order for pirate bedroom furniture and mentioned I wanted it as soon as possible because I’m going through a divorce and I’ve moved out and I wanted to make my boy’s bedroom at my home as special as I can.
