The ring arrived early than expected. I even had to send it back for resizing and it came back just as quick. The ring was beautiful.

The fireman ring is so pretty in the picture. But it's 10x more beautiful in reality. The etching adds a sutble touch to the ring. It's like ghost etching. Very nice. It arrived quickly and fit as expected. My firefighter loves it and so do I.

My ring broke (not great), but because I thought it couldn't break, I never really treated it gently. I reached out to the company and the process was quick and smooth. I sent my ring, they contacted me when they received it for the deductible payment, and it was shipped back to me quickly. Love the ring and the customer service was great.

I had a incredibly difficult custom engraving rushed specifically for Valentines day. A custom order poem in elvish separate from the LOTR ring on the website.

The ring was just beautifully made and the laser engraving was beyond wonderful .The panther was everything I had imagined and pictured.

I ordered the ring going down a half size like they suggested... was VERY IMPRESSED on how fast I got the order (ordered Friday received Monday) unfortunately ring was a little small but they corrected it immediately and had my next ring by the following Monday! VERY VERY VERY IMPRESSED!!!!! The engraving on my ring was perfect! The ring looked beautiful but it was too big. So I exchanged it with no problem. And the phone number to call is direct number to someone who can help you. They don't give you the run around. I advise that you take the ring to the post office if you need to return it. I took mine to UPS not knowing it was a different price. It cost $25 instead of $6.

I ordered a wedding band for my husband for Xmas and paid to have it engraved. The quality was awesome and website was easu to navigate. unfortunately the ring came without the engraving because of the Xmas rush.. accidents happen. I shipped it back only 4 days ago and it's already on its way back to me. Great customer service, great quality, can't wait to see the engraving!

I had ordered my ring about a week from Christmas. They had called to verify ring size, Which I was wrong about at first so they corrected. Promised if it didn't fit I could return, but ring came in, and I gave it to my partner for an early Christmas present. Ring wasn't flawless, engraving was perfect, got the ring 2 days before Christmas. Even with him working and fishing, still no scratches on it. Flawless ring.
