Tungsten World Avis 

The ordering processing went smoothly and I got my custom order in a timely but my order was missing the wood ring box. I have not got a refund for the box nor was I ever notified that the box would be missing or when I would be receiving it. The ring itself appears to be in fine condition but does not state what grade titanium it is. The ring was costly for titanium and yet its grade is not clarified.

We ordered a ring on a Thursday, and paid the $15 extra so we could get the ring in 2 days, but in reality we didn't get it until 4 days later. The argument was that one day was a holiday, but it still took 3 days, instead of 2- when we expected it before we left. We called down there and they were trying to argue with us saying that it is 2 business days, even though it does not say business days on the website. Long story short, we ended up getting the refund, but took us some time. All in all though, the ring is great and my husband does love it.

The Snake Eyes ring was an awesome fit and outstanding quality. The delivery was in time as well. I will be shopping again soon'

Tungsten rings are very attractive, durable and affordable. I would recommend them to anyone.

What I ordered was exactly what I received, even the engraving was what I was hoping it would look like! Would definitely recommend to anyone shopping for a good product at a reasonable price.

Very good experience with Tungsten World. They didn't have the size ring I ordered in stock, but they got in touch with me right away and it still came pretty quickly. They seem like a very good company with really good warranty and exchange programs.

Tungsten World was fantastic. They got my order made and answered any questions I had with speed and clarity. The only thing I would say, is that I paid for the 2 day shipping so the ring would arrive on the day I got my promotion. It showed up the day after. That was my one and only reservation for it.

Honesty the products is good but the $25.00 engraving is a sham. Instead of being large initials like shown on the ad, I found the very very small engraving on the backside of the moneyclip instead of the front ?

Ring came looking better than in the picture and the order did not take long to arrive. The engraving is beautiful.

Ordering the product was easy, received my order timely. I ended up having to exchange the ring for a bigger size. Was disappointed I had to pay for return shipping & a $20 fee as well. So not really "free returns". The ring was very nice.

I ordered my fiancé's wedding band and we both couldn't be more pleased with the service and quality of the product. I received a call shortly after placing the order to confirm the size because we chose a comfort fit that usually fits differently than other rings. We took the consultant's recommendation and when the ring arrived it was polished like a mirror and fit perfectly.

I ordered two rings and they turned out exactly as I asked. I also want to give a shout and say they were super fast!

The ring is a high quality product, and my husband loves the design. The shipping was fast, and it packaged nicely. My only issue is, I had a code that my my friend gave me to save $35 on my purchase. Now... my mistake, I forgot to enter the code and my friends name, so I figured calling them after would solve the problem and they would be able to honor the $35 savings. Well it turns out, since they were having a save $15 event online already, I wasn't able to use the code my friend gave me. I tried to explain that I'm not trying to double dip, so they can charge me the original $15 I saved, and apply the $35 code instead of the $15 but that was apparently unheard of. I can't believe you guys would rather go back and forth with me for days through email, rather than just apply the code and let me save the extra 10 dollars that would've been the different between the two promo codes. $10 isn't going to make or break me, I just think a highly reputable company would go that extra mile to make a customer happy after spending $200 on a ring.
