Great products, great customer service
I purchased my ring back when I got married in 2011 and have had a great experience with TW ever since. I am what you would call a “power” user when it comes to my ring; I’m always wearing it. Twice my ring was compromised both due to extreme trauma to the ring(both falls). My lifetime warranty kicked in and on the most recent breakage, I was recommended to change the style based on my activity. I did what they recommended and am super happy. They’re always very responsive and got my replacement out to me much quicker than expected.

Customer Service was great, and ordering was easy. Item came fast and I was well pleased with the quality. The same ring was at Zales for $325! But at Tungsten World it was $169!

really like the sleek look of this ring it is not chunky like some that we saw. the price was about half off when we purchased it. I also like that it has a warranty when bought from the site versus buying at a jewelry store with no warranty.

This web site was so easy to use and…
This web site was so easy to use and everything was lined out and very easy to understand. I was able to find what I wanted fast and there were no "hidden" fees, products or frills. Ordering from them was s snap. The site was a cinch to navigate and I loved being able to brows thru the jewelry after setting my filters and not having a bunch of "extra" stuff thrown in that I didn't want. I would definitely recommend this company (and have) to friends and family. Very straightforward and I love that. This company does what they say they will! I love my husband's ring and can't wait to use them again!

I admit that I was quite skeptical about purchasing our wedding rings online. Tungsten World was amazing. Their website was easy to navigate and they kept me informed of every step of the process. I ended up not liking the band width I had chosen and true to their policy the exchange was free despite the personalized ring engraving. They also did an awesome job on turnaround to make sure I had the ring in plenty of time for the wedding. I was very impressed with their products and service every step of the way!

Easy to deal with and fast delievery just a slight imperfection.
So easy to order and delivery was fast especially as it had to be delivered to Australia. I was kept informed with the delivery the whole time. The only problem I had was a slight imperfection with the engraved design which put part of the ring off centre. It is a wedding ring so was a bit disappointed with this. Returning the ring from Australia cost too much and the ring can be turned around to not show this problem so I didn't bother with the return. My partner loves the ring though and says the ring is imperfectly perfect like him.....
