Tubgsten world overall is an excellent company and have excellent quality jewelry. Their customer service is amazing. After leaving a message for customer service late in the day, I received a return phone call the very next morning to answer all my questions. In a time where true customer service is sadly going away, it was incredibly refreshing to have a company that truly values its customers! Outshining the Rest
The staff is wonderful, eager to help by tracking down shipments and answering questions. The representative overjoyed to hear of our upcoming event and thanked us for involving their company. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rings when they arrived. Sure there are many companies out there offering tungsten rings for much cheaper but none of them come close to the quality that Tungsten world offers. Detailed products, excellent staff, and speedy shipping all made the process enjoyable. I would certainly recommend them to anyone wanting a superior product and 5 star customer service. The ordering process was so easy
The ordering process was so easy! The ring is perfect and my fiance absolutely loves it! It has a hefty weight to it, just right for a man. The color, size and shape is better than anticipated. The shipping was faster than anything else we have ordered for the wedding, which was a HUGE relief! We've had so many problems with products coming from China that it has made wedding planning sooo stressful!
I am thankful to have found such a nice, respectable, reasonably priced American company that provided us such great service and so amazingly fast!

Great Experience!!
My experience with this company was excellent. I ordered online March 11, 2018 and needed to receive it by March 31, 2018.
So worried about receiving it , I called and spoke with a Tungsten representative who then updated its status , she put a rush on the order. Then said they would send it regular priority mail with the USPS , but if it was to close to the date they would overnight it to me.
(express mail USPS)
It was shipped March 16, 2018 and received it March 19 , 2018 long before March 31, 2018.
We love it and size was correct.
Having had a very bad experience with another online jewelry company , I am so appreciative of the service I received.
