Do not reply to emails ordered items had an email saying order been received and nothing else, no delivery no tracking info, called them they apologised saying it was back logged and the issue was resolved and order on way.

We are really sorry that there has been an issue with your delivery. We were completely unaware of any issue as we had no communication from you to let us know. You did send us an email asking about our return policy but there was no indication in it that there was an issue.
As soon as it became apparent, we contacted the courier and we have arranged for your order to be refunded.
We are sorry for the inconvenience however it would have been beneficial if you had let us know that there was an issue before leaving us a 1* review.

Ordered a 32 inch 12v Cello Smart TV…
Ordered a 32 inch 12v Cello Smart TV which was promptly delivered and although the box was undamaged, the screen was cracked. I informed TV Village and a collection was again promptly arranged to uplift for replacement. A new TV was quickly redelivered. Thank you very much to the TV Village Team for their excellent service. Will certainly use again.
