Had no experience with this brand but wanted a 32 inch tv for my camper
I am pleasantly surprised, good quality, well put together and works amazing (once I had signed into all my apps) connection to my on-board WiFi was easy
Don't hesitate just buy one highly recommended

The TV picture was good butt the sound was abysmal and totally unacceptable.I am now in communication with the manufactures to see what can be done. I had to spend a lot more money on a sound bar to make it acceptable

Customer service second to none.
I ordered a TV from tv village because I had bought from here before and had great service from them.
On this occasion, through no fault of tv village, my transaction was declined, I have to hold my hands up, it was my fault.
I was going to pay with my credit card but their portal was undergoing maintenance, so I cancelled the transaction and attempted to pay with my debit card.
I thought the transaction had gone through, but the next day I was horrified to find my transaction was refused. I rang tv village and spoke to Sharon who assured me it was just a glitch and if I wished could reorder with confidence.
Yes, I reordered today and my order has already been despatched.
Great company with excellent customer service, a real pleasure to deal with.
