Tweeto LTD Avis 

Haven’t received parcel and when emailed to ask if someone can look into this and find out where my package is, I was told someone would look into it and get back to me by the end of the day however they did not.

I have placed an order on the 24th of August (n 1706), it has been 3 weeks, I still have not received my order AND I wrote to their customer service 3 (!) times, and no response at all. Clearly, buying such a product involves careful consideration and it is a very positive purchase, BUT the whole experience was ruined by the company ignoring my questions about delivery and reasons for the delay.

Have to say absolutely brilliant, ordered the 7 in 1 cot, arrived in a few days. Lovely quality. Xx

I bought the 7 in 1 cot, great product but the reason for only 2 stars is the customer service which was terrible. I had missing screws and had to chase multiple times and it was over a month bed re they arrived. Also, there are no specific sheets for the next to me crib format so I'm having to double over the 70x70 which doesn't quite fit properly.

We enjoying our lovely baby cot from tweeto. It fits in our modern flat perfectly fine. Better thing is that this cot can be extended to next size for our growing baby. We absolutely love it ❤️

High quality, very easy to assemble

The 7in1 baby cot is exactly what I was looking for. The quality is beautiful and I am so pleased with my order. I can’t thank Tweeto enough for creating such a great product that will grow with my baby once he arrives in a month! It took a moment to get our head around the pictograph instructions but very easy to put together once you know what you are doing :) the wheels are so handy too!

A very good quality product overall. However, the assembly instructions are not clear at all and very limited. Should have separate clear instructions to get setting type- cot/crib/table etc.

The delivery was quick and the products are very good quality. We received Tweeto cot as a gift for a new baby and are very pleased with it too.

I have purchased the 7 in 1 cot and I am really pleased with the quality and how it looks. Best monies spent for the baby if you want something different than the usual cot.
Customer service was very responsive and helpful, gave me an alternative for the mobil that was oos when purchased, quick delivery of items.
The only advice is you should have more colour option for the accessories, like mobil, bedding, bumpers and so on. Or the ones you have decided to sell to have them in stock at all times.

The bed arrived damaged, four corners just powdered like somebody was drugging it on the floor.

bought 7 in one for my daughter 7 months ago, after 5 months it made creaking noises, however we didn't realise it was because there was an actual crack in the bedboard, they are not able to deliver the bedboard sue to a lot of issues.

My family and I have spent over a grand on Tweeto products ready for my upcoming arrival. The products themselves turned up really quickly and seemed to be well packaged. However that's where our positive experience ends so far.

We have a Tweeto dressing unit that can't be built as the pieces don't fit together. The base is a different size to the sides and we only managed a few steps into the build before this became obvious. Elements inside the package were also damaged on close inspection, discovered once we tried to build the unit. This is a £500 unit! The instructions are decent but there's a lot of parts involved and tools needed. In my opinion many people would find it a struggle to build this unit even if it did actually fit together.

I contacted Tweeto via the sales email address (only contact details available). It took over a week for someone to send an email back to instruct us to dismantle and package the item back up for collection, to allow them to investigate. I did that straight away and now we are sat waiting, again, for someone at Tweeto to get in touch. We have no baby storage at all until this gets sorted, and I'm due to give birth at any time. All we can do is sit and wait in the hope that a random person gets in touch so we can move things forward. Nobody has contacted us since that email or attempted to call, despite my requests to speak directly to a person. There has been no offer of a replacement or refund. It was exhausting getting everything packaged back up in my current condition, but we did so quickly... only to be left hanging.

I've also attempted to send a message over Facebook messenger, but also no reply. There does not appear to be any sort of customer service department at all. Why isn't anyone responding via email or messenger to sort this out? Why can't I speak to the right people, rather than being forced to use a slow response middle man sales email address?

As far as other items go, we also have the 7 in 1 baby cot. The instructions for this are quite basic, and it takes quite a lot of force to link some parts together. It also doesn't feel safe to use the wheels as the metal connectors don't appear to click into the wheels... do they just sit loose? Seems dangerous. It's a lot of money for the crib/cot and it all feels quite clunky and awkward so far. However the cot is redeemed by the mattress. We paid for the upgraded mattress and this does seem very good quality. It would be much better if the mattress parts could be zipped/secured together though.

I agree with another reviewer that the fitted sheets seem quite thin and rough for the expense. The bespoke size and shape of the sheets make it difficult to buy from elsewhere.

I'm leaving this honest review in the hope that someone from Tweeto will get in touch! I will update the review if these issues get resolved.

I recently bought Tweetos mattress sheets and hoped for the price they are, that they’d be good quality but they are really coarse even after washing with softener and don’t fit that easily over the mattress, will be looking elsewhere in future

A pleasant experience dealing with Tweeto. Very fast delivery on all the promised dates, fast replies to all my messages and the 7 in 1 cot is beautiful, thank you. This is everything that I want from a company!

Quick delivery and the braided cot bumper is of excellent quality

There were a couple of items that weren't in stock but that we could pre-order. These must have come into stock pretty quickly after we placed our order and were sent along with all the other items we'd order which was great. Good communication on delivery times too.
