Cot broke in half and Customer Service ignored me

I purchased the 7 in 1 cot when my daughter was born. Last week, the middle wooden slat of the cot (which they say is supposed to withstand a weight of up to 120 kg) broke in half under my daughter's weight (she is 15Kg). I tried to call customer service at least 20 times at different days and times. I reached out to Myroslav (at number provided by voicemail in one of the many calls to customer service). After sending the pictures and begging for a replacement slat (the bed is UNUSABLE and my daughter is sleeping in the Travel Cot for 1 week!!!!!!) which I would gladly pay for, I received no answer. I followed up and tried to call again, no luck whatsoever. I will now be forced to buy another cot. Never again

Extremely Disappointing Experience

I had an awful experience with this company. After placing my order 2696 and waiting over a month, I was informed via email that my parcel had been lost due to “poor courier services.” Despite offering me a replacement free of charge (which I accepted), they never sent me anything and completely ignored all my follow-up emails.

This lack of responsibility and communication is unacceptable. Not only did I lose my time waiting for a product that never arrived, but their promises of resolution were never fulfilled.

Abbiamo acquistato la culla 7 in 1 color faggio e bianco, insieme al fasciatoio in coordinato.
Qualità del materiale molto alta. Semplice il montaggio dei prodotti. Bellissima la resa. Non vediamo l'ora di poter testare i prodotti.

Se si pensa di utilizzare inizialmente la culla come next to me vicino al letto, nel set di acquisto sul loro sito, non è previsto il materasso 35x70 che è da aggiungere al carrello.

You chose a horrible delivery company

You chose a horrible delivery company. The delivery guy called the intercom, dropped off the parcel at the first floor and left. Apparently he couldn't be bothered to walk two flights of stairs to even tell my pregnant wife she needs to come down and carry a 40kg parcel up the stairs herself.

Not reliable!!!!

Ordered a 3-in-1 cot bed for my 5-month-old in natural. When I was ordering, it said it was out of stock but I could pre-order it. I wanted that color, so I pre-ordered it. It took a few weeks, so I wanted to check with Tweeto how long it generally takes. The company first took ages to get in touch, and after many attempts, someone finally got back to me saying they needed to check with production but would get back to me soon.

Waited another week, and when I asked again, the person said, "Sorry, we won’t produce that crib; we’ll refund you." I mean, what?? Customer service?? You pay more than £300 for this cheap service. Mind you, the company is not big and looks like they just started, and this is how they’ll run their business? Ridiculous!!

The quality of the crib is just okay

The quality of the crib is just okay, nothing more. Assembly was disappointing as nothing fits perfectly. The changing table is unstable and I am not sure if I can use it eventually. The mattress came a bit dirty in its plastic package. Last but not least, I am still waiting for the fitted sheets I ordered two months ago. The specific dimensions cannot be found at the market. The customer service replied that they are sorry and after that they stopped answering my questions. What else can I say? I thought I invested in an expensive product and I would have good quality and good customer service. I deeply regretted. I wish I could return it.

As a rule, all parts of the cot are designed in such a way that they can be easily connected to each other if the instructions are followed correctly. If you experience any difficulties during assembly, we encourage you to contact us and we will be happy to assist or replace any part that may not be working as expected.

When it comes to the changing table, it is important that it is placed on a flat surface to ensure stability. Please do not place it on mats or uneven surfaces as this may affect its balance.

As for the mattress, our products are packaged in the factory and shipped directly to customers, so contamination during packaging is unlikely.

Ok but not great

Quality of the crib is ok but two of the holes didn’t match up when putting it together which made the wood crack in one place. The wheels were dirty. The instructions were not the best especially for the rocking mechanism, it doesn’t say how to attach it to the crib and relies on your common sense. It also seems faulty as the two springs that ‘lock it’ from swinging prevents it from rocking completely because there is nothing holding it in place to let the rocking mechanism sway the bed without you jamming something in to prevent it from locking. Again nothing in the instructions for that.

It’s been a bit of a headache but eventually when we put it together it looks nice but feels a bit flimsy.

Also pre ordered a couple of the little bedsheets in April and they are still unavailable over a month later.

A little disappointed because for that price I would have expected the product to be perfect.

Missing part for the 7 in one cot- customer service review

I had a part of the 7 in one cot lost, and contacted the customer service team to ask if I could purchase the missing part separate.
I got a response from a very kind person named Myroslav on a Saturday night, the next day after my initial message, and very quickly got help. Only paying for the shipment of the item. I never received such great customer service, getting everything done at 11 pm Saturday night. I'm waiting for my parcel to be sent during next week already. I already been very happy with my purchase, but this just made my week. Thank you Myro for all your help!

I have buy a mattress transformer…

I have buy a mattress transformer before 6 months but when my baby sleeps in it ,has lines of the mattress in his face. And the worst thing of this story is that the crab i buy before 6 months too makes noise when i put the baby in it. I am very dissapointed . I choose you because i see very good reviews but i get back in time i will never choose you again.

Honest review

Honest review! -
1) Putting the cot together, the screws are low quality.
2) Half cot option for side of your bed - requires additional strap support yet it’s a function listed under the “7in1” it isn’t. You need this to attach it to the bed, without this function is useless
3) the small cot option doesn’t fit through standard uk internal doors, so you can’t move it from room to room
4) tweeto do not provide mattress covers or protectors for the half cot option - again useless!
5) the cot itself creeks, even though we upgraded the screws
6) my baby is 4 months and the small cot option doesn’t fit for him already, but he’s too small for the big cot
7) tweeto customer service and social media only ever respond if your comment is positive
8) tweeto have a habit of deleting comments with the criticism of upselling for the features sold under 7in1 it’s barely a 2 in 1!
9) to switch between functions requires full dismantle and resemble
10) waste of money

fantastic product but more importantly…

fantastic product but more importantly incredible customer service. even 8 months after purchase no questions asked when requesting a missing part. responded and delivered within 2 days.

cons: building instructions could be clearer, especially when outlining which parts are being referred to.
