My favorite stroller brand of all times. Recently I had washed the canopy with a wrong temperature and deformed the wires in it and wrote to the Anex company for a help. This was the best experience of the customer service I ever had. They were very responsive and helpful, they organized the whole process very quickly and comfortable for me and sent the whole new canopy from Poland to Armenia within 7days. So thankful for their support and great service.

Po zgłoszeniu reklamacji dotyczącej dwóch wad, tj. uszkodzonych kół oraz stukającego nadwozia w miejscu mocowania jednego z kół, otrzymałem telefon z prośbą o spakowanie wózka w celu odesłania go do serwisu. Poinformowałem, że na chwilę obecną nie mogę zostać bez wózka, ponieważ moje dziecko zasypia wyłącznie w nim. Umówiliśmy się więc na ponowny kontakt telefoniczny za 10 dni.

Po upływie tego czasu wielokrotnie próbowałem dodzwonić się pod wskazany numer oraz wysyłałem wiadomości SMS, jednak nie otrzymałem żadnej odpowiedzi.

Сервіс на найвищому рівні,безкоштовно перешили текстиль в люльці,котрий затерся з часом!
Безкоштовна достава в дві сторони і швидкість вирішення проблеми на найвищому рівні,тепер колясочка як нова!
Дякую вам за турботу,коли будемо обирати колясочку для другої дитини, обов'язково це буде ANEX

Скористався гарантією на колясці anex не працювали гальма
Спеціалісти які робили ремонт великі молодці все зробили дуже швидко на протязі дня і все дуже якісно зроблено коляска яка нова
Коляску також повістю обслужили змастили амортизатори і колеса

Користуємось коляскою Anex L/type, та мали дві претензії за 4 місяці користування прогулянковим блоком: 1) у прогулянковому блоці вийшла з ладу спинка регулювання висоти; 2) капішон не надійно прикріплений до механізму. Приємно враженні швидкість роботи сервісного центру, які швидко відремонтували несправності та оперативно доставили новою поштою в інше місто.Сервісному центру 👍

The Anex M-Type Stroller is my favorite, because you can feel the high quality even by haptic means. Furthermore I love the smooth moving of that very robust stroller. My husband says that this is like Batman‘s car. He also likes to be on the move with his son. All in all it is a great and stylish stroller.

Anex has the best costumer service. Frame of my stroller was broken during a flight with Wizz Air. Anex contacted directly after my claim, even though it was Holiday Season. Within 2 weeks they sent the frame and wheels in Albania. Would highly recommended to every new mom.

Цілком задоволена сервісом. Радію, що обрала покупку саме нової коляски від Anex. У сервісний центр зверталась двічі за два роки. Все обміняли безкоштовно.

We have had 2 Anex strollers - E/type and Eli and this was the best thing that happened to us!!! Very functional, with attention to details, not to mention the beauty and the elegance. Our daughter loves it! We even use the diaper bag (perfect size, pockets and different ways to carry it) without the stroller itself. Love the bamboo fabric inside, suspension is amazing and the stroller runs very smoothly comparing to others I’ve tried from my friends!
I also recommend their 2,5kg car seat (Avionaut Pixel Pro 2.0). You wouldn’t regret it! Our next purchase will be from Anex.

My favorite stroller ever! Had both”Irish twins” grown up in it.. lately broke accidentally a piece on the handler so would be happy if it was possible to exchange/buy extra details but was more upset about it than breaking my car lol, so much in love I am with this stroller. Stylish, high quality, good detailing , super in managing. A little bit big to put in the car but it’s all worth it. We have m-type, light grey and green model - beautiful for both girls and boys, and for their parents!

Beautiful on an aesthetic level.
Practical and light on a functional level.
10/10 on quality.

We would choose Anex again 1000 times more, and especially the Eli model.

I have an Air-Z stroller, it's a great, lightweight stroller that can be converted so the baby can be carried facing forward or forward facing. It is perfect for urban terrain, but also for forest and bumpy areas. I love this stroller and my child feels very comfortable in it :)

Ich hab den Anex E Type Eli und ich muss sagen ich liebe ihn und werde dauernd auf ihn angesprochen.
Design und Qualität ist einfach überzeugend und Mann hat sich einfach nicht so sat gesehen wie bei Cybex die man dauernd sieht.
Meine besten Freundin hat ihn sich auch direkt gekauft. :p
